Cozy campsite. Nice place right on the lake. Bird watching from the camper. Indeed, only 1 place for dishes and showers were lukewarm late at night. Tip: if you book via the website you get a discount and you can choose a place. We were in place 11, which was quite small but at the very end of the campsite so an unobstructed view of the lake. Numbers lower than 11 are on the waterfront.

Great camper place on the harbor. Close to Stavanger tunnel. Not very cheap (200 NK) but a warm shower, good WiFi, toilet. Washing machine 50 crowns. you can pay with debit card.

Relaxed quiet campsite. Large pitches on spacious lawn. Helpful and nice owners. Not much to do in the area (the river is not suitable for swimming). The 'service station' is a bit improvised, but it works. Sanitary also a bit dated but clean. 300 NOK including electricity. Great WiFi. Lawn a bit soggy after rain.

We spent the night in the Esso parking lot, because all campsites for miles around were full, and there are few places for wild camping along the fjord. According to Esso's husband it was allowed. Slept well, no problems with traffic. I think it is officially forbidden to be on the lake (across the road), but it is more beautiful. There were campers.

This is a nature reserve near a lake where there are all kinds of "terraces" for campers at various places along the road. It is very nicely located, but busy. We arrived around 10 o'clock in the evening, then we drove to the very last field and found a (sort of) spot there. If you arrive earlier, it's probably fine. No facilities in my opinion

Top station. Even free clean and hot shower!

Nice campsite, relaxed atmosphere. Showering is paid but otherwise works very well. Beautiful walks in the area, one directly from the campsite. There is a lake at the campsite where you can swim and barbecue. Close to the supermarket.

Nice spot, but we left anyway because it was so windy. It is located on a plateau without shelter. We drove on to the parking Gaustatoppen, nearby.

Beautiful location on the lake, at the start of the walking route. 150 kroner, but you also have to pay that if you want to park and go for a walk. Offers slightly more shelter from the high winds than other places on this road. Toilet were dirty and no toilet paper. During the day, the parking lot was almost completely full, at night it was almost empty.

Beautiful location on the beach and nature reserve with walks. Expensive, more than 400 crowns per night (incl E). Excellent facilities. Very massive and close together without separation. The places close to the beach are better, but unfortunately we couldn't stand there (we had made a reservation in the morning).

Nice people, common room with fun games, nice view, neat sanitary facilities. Top!
