A very warm welcome, and we were able to choose our own spot by the small river. If you're looking for peace and quiet surrounded by nature, and don't need absolutely everything in the sanitary facilities to be perfect, this is the place for you! We'd love to come back again!

We were lucky and got a spot in the front row from the groundskeeper. The pitch is a good size, but quite stony in places. For such a large campsite, there are only two sinks for washing up, and the toilets desperately need new toilet seats. Some were very yellowed, and despite the man in white, they weren't exactly clean. The cheesecake from the beer garden was delicious. The location is the highlight of the campsite.

We received a very warm welcome from Mrs. Kruppenbacher. The meadow right next to the vineyard was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the highly recommended wine with a view of Hambach Castle and the vineyards. For €3, we were able to use the very clean and constantly maintained shower and toilet. The Kruppenbacher family is simply doing everything right! Keep it up! ...

A very nice pitch! Payment by envelope was very straightforward. Hindelopen and Stavoren are easily accessible by bicycle. Many other campsites and pitches could learn a thing or two from the sanitary facilities here. Impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean!

We stayed for three nights and felt completely at ease from the very beginning. A super friendly welcome and a spot right on the canal. Pure peace and quiet! The sanitary facilities were spotless! You can tell the place is run with love. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stay at this campsite! Five stars from the bottom of our hearts ❤️ ...

The location of the campsite is okay! That's about all the positives I can say! The men's sanitary facilities were simply disgusting! The toilets were filthy and clogged with paper. The showers were anything but clean. The women's toilets in the back were somewhat acceptable. The large rubbish bin was piled high with rubbish, which didn't look very inviting. 33 euros / Never again!
