It remains a lovely campsite by a lake. You can enjoy a nice swim here. The campsite costs SEK 175 per night. There are no power points. Since 2025, it has also been possible to pay by card. There is a nice summer kiosk that also sells Swedish waffles, ice cream, coffee, and drinks in July and the first week of August. Unfortunately, it is closed after that. Unfortunately, it is not possible to dispose of wastewater.

A campsite I have loved returning to for over 40 years. The pitches by the lake are truly beautiful. Some of them are still very sloping, though, so standing level can be tricky. We were shocked by the price this year, though. SEK 550 for a spot by the water and another SEK 75 if you want a specific pitch. That is really far too much for what this campsite has to offer.

It is a beautiful spot by the water. You are situated slightly higher up, allowing you to look out over the water. The site is almost completely level with a hard surface. Once the facilities are finished, the place will be complete. At the bottom of the water near the Kaffestugan, you can enjoy sitting in the sun on the terrace in the evening. What is a real shame is that you can hear the traffic (trains and cars) very clearly. That is why it is 3 stars instead of (eventually) 5. Currently a voluntary contribution via Swish.

A large campsite with many newly created pitches. Pitches on gravel with artificial grass right outside. We preferred the “old” pitches on gravel with patches of grass. There is a military training ground nearby. Training took place during the days we were there. You can hear it, but we didn't find it disturbing. The rubbish containers are neatly concealed behind sliding doors. Washing machines operate via an app. Reservations and payment are made. Unfortunately, there was a malfunction.

A nice spot by the water. Small, quiet, and a beautiful view. We had hoped to be able to swim, but unfortunately not. Since we also cannot pay with Swish, I asked a Swede staying at the campsite to pay for me. And I gave him SEK 100.
