Beautiful view and tasty (organic) products for sale in the little shop. There is almost no shade, so it can get quite hot, like now at the end of May. Some rules have been tightened, see photos.

The campsite lives up to its name: an ideal base for hiking and cycling. The owner provided excellent tips. Highly recommended!

My daughter said: free. My unfriendly mother came to ask for 10 euros. The place is okay and nice for a walk.

In September quiet place, we were there with three camper vans. Had a lot of trouble with barking dogs, kennel just behind cp? Next to ski lifts, you can walk straight into the national park!

We hardly saw any view, soon the mist came up. We were standing with two campers far from each other, there is enough space, got a visit from cows.

Still full of building materials. Unpleasant. We drove on.

Insanely beautiful and quiet. Toll road now costs 80 Kr., which is well worth it. Because the wind was blowing hard, we stood a little way past the highest point. Enjoyed beautiful rainbow!

September 10 we were alone, felt safe, there is an inhabited house opposite the CP. Excellent toilet next to the town hall. Beautiful views and beautiful walks in and around the beautiful old town. The only disadvantage is that two church bells ring every fifteen minutes, even at night.

Fine for one night. CP is located in the middle of a new residential area, a few minutes' walk from the historic center. public toilet and waste bins around the corner. There is also a pizzeria with delicious thin pizzas and a bakery with various types of wholemeal bread. Next to the CP lawn with three picnic benches. Not quiet during the day, but at night it is.

Great place for transit. Village quite deserted, but big enough for an evening walk, "tour around the church". The church bells ring every fifteen minutes, quite cozy, you can't hear them with earplugs. Toilets very clean and waste can be separated in various waste bins. TOP!

Because everyone was parked very socially, six campers fit. Although it was on the road, it was not bothered by a single car that drove past.

Armin61's response is incorrect. Easy to reach. We stood with two camper vans, well apart. It was like being on a boat, water on three sides. See reindeer swimming in the river, with binoculars. Nice and calm!

Information says that there are 20 places, but we only saw 8 numbered places, nice and spacious and from number 4 not slanted. Watermill unfortunately not seen, did not dare to search, everywhere signs with camera warning.

Here you feel in the middle of nowhere, what a wonderful silence. Nice restroom too. played pinball again after at least 50 years, owners are rightly proud of their collection!

2 campers can be on gravel, the rest on grass. We stood on grass with our small van in the rain and could easily get away, larger campers had more trouble with it!

July 2023: there are now 6 demarcated pitches, 2 paved and 4 on grass. Great for transit.

Parking is only possible during the day for NOK 75. If you drive up the mountain two km, you will arrive at the hotel. There are a few camper spots with electricity for this. You can use the toilet and shower in the hotel. Costs NOK 350. Fantastic views and hiking opportunities.

Fantastic place for the night with great views all around. We were alone and were visited by sheep. very busy during the day with walkers who parked their car there.

Cp is not indicated. After a long search, also in the hotel, we found an unfriendly man who showed us the places to stay. He said it cost NOK 300 and walked off again. didn't feel good, moreover a lot of traffic passed by. We drove on.

Beautiful place, on the road where traffic only passes a few times a day when the Ferry has arrived or departed. Wonderful to see the view change at low tide and high tide. we were there with one other van. Beautiful walks in the area.

We stopped here because we saw picnic tables and it was time for our lunch. Turned out to be a great cp. The owner arrived immediately and didn't mind if we just took a break and then continued. Recommended for longer stays!

Looked nice, but you can only pay with credit card and not with debit card. Unfortunately we had to look for another place.

Today November 6, 2021 we were faced with a closed entrance. After telephone contact it turned out that from now on they will be closed for about two weeks due to work. Too bad this wasn't mentioned on the website!

On 1 August there were 10 campers, some uninviting and busy parking, but quiet at night. Market in the center on Friday morning.

Beautiful walking area. We were here July 30 and the night was quiet. WC open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

We were alone here on July 28. In the morning few mountain bikers, otherwise very quiet. Lampposts went on in the parking lot at night. There are 8 power connections, but these did not work, perhaps next year, because new paths were also laid. Nice for walking or barbecuing on a heating place on a hill. Waste bins available and picnic tables in the evening sun.

Wonderfully quiet place, there were very spacious with 5 campers. The grass was unfortunately too high to use picnic tables. Monday July 22 restaurant was closed, supermarket open until 8 p.m. beautiful panorama path to it.

magnificent view, 2 toilets and sinks with even hot water in the former waiting room of the ferry. Sockets there too. No hiking opportunities nearby. Wonderful to spend the night.

Wonderfully quiet, 2 nights have been here, sheep and cows around. Unpaved access road is only a small piece and easy to do.

Were here with 2 campers, woke up at five o'clock at night by herds of sheep with bells, beautiful! Now 4 toilets and 40 NOK.

The campsite closed on Wednesday, March 6, 2019. we called and only appeared on weekends, while the app says they are open all year round. Unfortunately!

Wonderfully quiet and yet close to a beautiful village. We were here in early March 2019 and there were 5 other campers. Safe feeling, gate is locked at night. Sanitary tap on the fresh side, was not heated.

We were here alone March 1, 2019. Beautiful surroundings, wonderful walk. The market on Saturday consisted of one vegetable stand, good bread for sale at newspaper shop one minute walk from cp.

Lovely quiet place. Two clean toilets are a 6 minute walk over a beautiful road along the sea: walk the forest path to the water and then turn right. There is also a beautiful beach with picnic couch.

Great place, no traffic noise, nice walking and cycling. At entrance leisure center: we were here August 6th, but have not seen anyone. Cabins are rented and you can play tennis, mini golf or drink a drink from Monday to Friday between 12 and 16 o'clock. Caravan site free of charge, toilets also and stream 100 kronor.

Beautiful spot with water with picnic couch. You stand on coarse sand, so shoes off when you step into your camper. Quite a lot of traffic noise, but good spot at Alesund's quarter.

wonderful place! in the middle of town but still quiet. public toilets adjacent square. nice walk from cp: follow the marking on the ground in the shape of a hand with text Suivez moi! lasts half an hour.

Prima camping, quiet, clean, and the clothesline makes it all great!
