An amazing and underused facility. We stopped overnight here on route to Nottinghamshire. The barrier was open, and we parked in one of the 23 allocated huge motorhome spaces. Easily paid the £5.15 for the nights stay. The toilets were immaculate. We were the only van here. Very handy travelling north or south, right next to the A1(M). Road noise calms right down at night. 24 hour security and cameras, we felt very safe, we will return.

Excellent French style Aire, with incredible waterfront views. We booked and paid online using the easy website, picking our own pitch. Good sized hardstanding pitches, well spaced apart. There is a service point. There are no bins, but the public recycling centre is adjacent to the site and open 24 hours. Lots of great walks in and around Cullen. The ANPR barrier was not working and was strapped up, but there was no problems. We will return.

A great site, if you can get in. We arrived at this site as the one we had been to before at Nerja was full. What a find, there was only 3 pitches left when we arrived, but we got a great pitch on a terrace, huge and flat. The ladies at reception were very friendly and efficient, and went out of their way to find us a good pitch. The toilets blocks are immaculate with great hot showers. Great location for visiting, the Playa or Old town.
