From the campsite, the town is a 10-minute drive away, which is a great place for a day trip. A friendly welcome and a lovely terrace behind the reception area provide a fun activity for the kids. The sanitary facilities are clean, a bit dated, but certainly well-maintained.

A cozy terraced campsite. With plenty of opportunities for children to enjoy themselves. The sanitary facilities were clean, and the staff were friendly.

A lovely little nature campsite. It's well-maintained. And our spot had a fair amount of privacy. The owners were friendly and offered advice about the surrounding area. Reservations were required during our stay.

A great place for a stopover. The restrooms are clean and tidy. I spoke to the owners, who are friendly and just starting out at this place. Definitely a place to return to.

We received a friendly welcome at this campervan site. We were allowed to pitch anywhere, which meant there weren't really any spots for campervans. The restrooms were clean, but there weren't many. This didn't bother us, as we were there with just one other campervan. You can walk straight onto the old seawall and have a beautiful view of the old lock.
