We stayed here from May 5 to May 6, 2026. Spacious campervan site within walking distance of the charming center. Illuminated asphalt parking lot. Plenty of peace and quiet. Water, cassette cleaning, and grey water disposal available. No electricity. Price depends on length of stay. We paid €14 for 18 hours. 2 stars for value for money. The town has a charming center with a few nice streets, but it was very quiet. Many restaurants.

We were here from Saturday to Sunday. Very large 'guarded' parking lot. They are still renovating it. We had plenty of space. Can accommodate more than 100 campers. 100Dh. No facilities. Flat asphalted terrain. Walking distance to park, mosque and Medina (1/2 hour). There is supervision, but the parking lot is not completely fenced. We felt safe. Disadvantage is the noise of the traffic and limited air traffic.

We were here on a Saturday, maybe that was the reason there was no camper and we were not allowed in. The entire parking lot was full of cars. And there were about 10 cars waiting in front of the gate. It seems that this place is not suitable to be classified as a camper place. Next time we will save ourselves the trouble. We drove on to the other camper place nearby, also within walking distance of the center.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful campsite with free places, both shade and sun. All facilities for the camper. Electricity and washing machine paid. Sanitary facilities and buildings for it are dated, looks a bit unkempt but it is clean and everything works, hot water. Courtyard at reception very atmospheric. At night we had a nuisance from barking dogs. 20 km from Essaouira, with taxi there and back 300dh.

Stayed 2 nights. Great campsite, friendly and helpful staff, English speaking. Good facilities, everything for the camper. Sanitary good and clean. No toilet paper and no hooks in the shower. For men squat toilet, ladies normal toilet. Bread and water for sale. 20 min to Medina, beautiful blue city. Because the way back is climbing, took a taxi back, 15 dh.

Great place 15 min walk from the historic center. There were 2 nights on Friday and Saturday night. There were many campers, felt safe. No amenities. Good experience.

We were here from 17 to 18 March and are very positive about this place. Gate was open and there were still 3 campers. Quiet place on the outside of town. All amenities are there and even for free. good spacious and flat places. Only downside were barking dogs. The town is surprisingly beautiful. Not much to do but beautifully built, attractive, many narrow streets and well maintained with many plants. Definitely recommend.

Although there are no facilities, great place to stay. Were with 6 other campers. We had a delicious dinner at restaurant-pizzeria about 200 meters towards the village (see photo).

Started a night here at the beginning of October. Indeed large parking space without facilities and CP indication. Sautens at 800 meters. Is widely used for trucks. We noticed that especially early in the morning. Many coupling of trailer or semi-trailer. So wake up the freight traffic. We would not stand here anymore.

Mix parking close by (200-400 m) boulevard, beach and busy shopping street. No facilities. CP not indicated as such. Parking meter out of order, so free from Sunday on Monday 7-10-18. Evening lively with cars driving in and out. Quiet, good night. Early activities of working people. 5 because of the lack of every facility and sound in the evening and early morning.

For a free CP it is a great place if you are completely self-sufficient. No provision. Regular parking with strip for campers (10). Popular place given the spirit. Most people stay for more days, because of a visit to the thermal baths of the road. Supermarkets at 200 and 400 meters. Lake Garda at about 300 meters. In the morning a lot of traffic. Very affordable restaurants at ca 400 m.

Excellent location for mountain walks from there. Large parking lot, near cable car. We were there in mid-September 2018. Beautiful surroundings. Restaurant at 200 meters but not open every day. Malbun at 600 m. No provision, even for the waste.
