It is possible to ski back from both sides of the valley to close to the camper place. The facilities, toilet and showers are simple but neat and clean. Possibility to empty the toilet and refill water. No drain for gray water. Electricity is charged at €0.50 per kWh. Costs per night €45.

Great campsite to visit Reykjavik. Part of the camper pitches consists of marked out pitches on grass stones, the other part is a gravel site without fixed pitches, intended for the smaller campers. In Iceland, everything that fits a mattress is rented out as a camper.

The new sanitary facilities are great. There is a possibility for emptying of black and gray water at the entrance of the campsite, a bit primitive and without water. You can fill water at the outside tap of the visitor center.

Great place to ski is Saas Fee. The motorhome itself is paved with gravel and located next to a not too nice parking garage. Great place, near the Autobahn 61 for an overnight stay in transit. Near an Aldi and a pump. Unlike previous reviews, we slept very quietly here, just like two years ago.
