The campsite is beautifully situated. There are plenty of lovely walks starting from the campsite. They have thought of all target groups. Very friendly welcome in Dutch, and there are many Dutch people. Not recommended for people with COPD (many fire pits), but great for everyone else. We were able to fit our 6m camper perfectly fine on a standard camping pitch and had more than enough space left (campers were not listed on the website for standard pitches). The sanitary facilities are okay. We enjoyed it very much!

A soulless little site where a few campers and cars were parked crammed together. We drove on to the walnut farmer a few minutes down the road. We thought that was great.

What a lovely spot! Friendly welcome. Well-maintained grounds (walnut farmer with a small shop and a few treehouses and gypsy wagons for rent). We had an unobstructed view and a lovely evening sun in the orchard. Highly recommended (and much better than the one in the village we drove through quickly).

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days here! Super friendly welcome. The sanitary facilities are kept very clean. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet in terms of noise (no children). Nice village, and from the campsite you can walk straight into nature and through the mountains. Very surprising and beautiful. Glad we weren't put off by the comments about the busy road. Yes, there is a road running alongside and people sometimes drive fast, but we do not define it as a busy road.

Absolutely fantastic! Friendly welcome. Nice spots/grass.

Nice little town, lovely place. As others have already written, it fills up quickly. There are also regular parking spaces that are used (by us too). Perfectly manageable.

It's all pretty good. There's a sink with water, a dumpster, electricity (for those who want it), and some liveliness. It does feel like a city, not a rural area. It's a good way to get back to reality on your way home π.

It's really cool to spend the night and hike here. The road there is narrow, but it wasn't a problem for us. We didn't feel like going back and paying first, so we recommend checking with the tourist office in Les Diablerets (route du college 2) first. Open 7 days a week from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Incidentally, we didn't encounter any checks.

Beautifully situated on a lovely lake. The manager is friendly. The atmosphere around the lake is relaxed (no mass tourism in early September). Dogs are (almost) not allowed anywhere in the water or on the beach; not even on the campsite. Why only 3 stars? Because of the sanitary facilities. We're used to quite a lot, but here it was simply disgusting, including a strong, stuffy smell. Otherwise, I would tend towards 5 stars.

The campsite itself has potential. The reception was nonchalant. The pitches are sparsely grassed, but the main reason we continued on was the abundance of mature trees. It's nice in hot weather and if you don't want the sun, but not if you enjoy the evening and morning sun.

Highly recommended! This small-scale campsite is very well-maintained and has been thoughtfully designed. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It's wonderfully peaceful both day and night (late August). Beautiful views too. They truly understand how to create the perfect conditions for a wonderfully relaxing time.

You can't really call this a campsite yet. The signs and map look great. There's also a new shower at the beginning, but we suspect it's still under construction. The campsite is also practically empty. Reception isn't staffed. The view, location, and privacy are wonderful. The river is nice but not accessible. All in all, a nice atmosphere and perfect for one night.

The campsite is beautifully situated on the lake, with a stunning view. The great thing is that it's not yet very touristy, or even seems that way. The atmosphere is good, which is important to us. Sanitary facilities are basic. The manager is very attentive and helpful. If you walk past the harbor on the left from the entrance, you'll come across charming coves. We had the cove to ourselvesβon a Friday at the end of August.

Perfect for a night out. Plenty of space and a great atmosphere. Free is also nice, of course ;-)

Friendly welcome and basically everything is there. Still not worth repeating. Atmosphere? Sanitary building is quite new but cleaning is poor. Place with a view of the water is worth the money. If you like a morning dive, you have to walk a bit (long shallow). Meersburg is really recommended. Just like Rebgut Haltnau. On the other side is a nice, atmospheric farm campsite (not found on the internet). We would recommend.

You will be welcomed very friendly and warmly and there is a pleasant atmosphere. Facilities are excellent and the sanitary facilities are clean and good. Camping is expensive but we thought it was worth it and comparable to campsites in the area.

Friendly atmosphere. Shower, toilet and washing facilities are there. It is basic but perfectly doable. Put 20 Fr. in an envelope and you're done. Clean water and electricity are there.

Really a very nice field where you have a wide choice of nice spots. The facilities of the campsite, which you can use, are excellent and the sanitary facilities are clean. Very friendly atmosphere. Recommended!

Excellent place for a night. Friendly owner, also after closing time of the reception. Luckily we had the last spot at 19:00 (in real high season you probably have to be earlier). Excellently arranged in terms of sanitary facilities and also clean. 1 night, 2 adults and 2 shower tokens was β¬ 14.50 Tip: first find a spot and then report is customary, we understand.

We really enjoyed this campsite. All facilities are available at this well-maintained campsite. The toilet block is neat, is cleaned extensively daily and there is even a toilet seat cleaner available. Employees are friendly. It is wonderful to stay on the "private beach". Price is favorable. We don't have it often, but we definitely want to come back again to end our holiday in such a relaxed way.

Nice setup, recommended. Great to be able to go into the water after the ride. Paying with contact is the easiest (β¬8 for 24 hours), but contactless also works at some machines. Electricity also works with coins.

Great campsite in beautiful surroundings. Nice that you can choose your own place. We were able to go without a reservation in the high season (arrival around 3 p.m.), while all other campsites and camper spots were full. They do have a 2 night minimum. Sanitary facilities are somewhat dated and did not always smell clean. Presumably due to a blockage or the amount of people who use it. It was not the cleaner's fault.

great basic campsite. Toilet block is a bit older, but clean. owner is nice and helpful. price-quality is fine. town of Brig is very nice. just like the surprising walk if you follow the path up along the river behind the campsite.

they are very well organized, recommended! be on time in the high season, because the place is (rightly) very popular. shower and toilet are neat.
