Nice, large campsite surrounding two small lakes (swimming lake and fishing pond). Dogs are not allowed in the water or on the sunbathing lawn. They are allowed in the river flowing next to the campsite, but it was practically dry. Excellent sanitary facilities without separate men's and women's sections. We had a nice pitch (29) with plenty of shade. Large supermarket 2 km away. Easy camper parking. Many families. The 10 amp power supply made it difficult to turn on the fridge. A long power cable is needed.

Despite the good location relative to Lausanne and the lake, we found this to be a soulless campsite. Pleasant reception at the front desk, but the campsite itself is impersonal. Cold dishwashing water, though there is hot shower and toilet paper is readily available, as is soap for washing your hands. The sanitary facilities on the lake side have a creepy feel to them, especially at night. On weekends, it buzzes by the water if you like South American and African music.

Nice spacious pitches, choose your own, one toilet block. No ventilation in the ladies' toilet or music. That would be nicer. We stayed at pitch 805, where you have a great view of the castles and it is quiet. There is also plenty of shade on the campsite. Dogs could easily go into the water. Good value for money.

Great view, quiet, friendly welcome. The climb up is perfectly manageable: paved road. Water and electricity. Great for 1 or 2 nights. We stayed there with a 7.5 m camper, two dogs, two people, electricity: €27.00.

Generally a nice place near the water (you can't see it from the parking lot). Water point behind a hedge towards the visitor center. Also a vending machine with some 'emergency' products. Restaurant/terrace at 70 m. Dog walking area at 150 m. We had a place at the front with a piece of grass under a tree. Nice with heat like last night. What was less was that someone knocked on our camper at half past two in the night. This while there were no loitering youths.
