A bit of an odd spot. We didn't stay at the campsite, but at the campervan site. The restrooms are across the very busy road.

Great location. Tram stop right outside. Lovely city, especially during the Christmas season.

Just left. To start with the positive: Adrie is a nice man and the sea is right across the street. But that's about it. It says it can accommodate four campers. Seems impossible to us. With three campers, you have absolutely no privacy. The amenities are absolutely subpar, and everything leaks. Where all those positive reviews come from is a mystery to me.

Great location, and Nevers is a surprisingly charming city. Absolutely worth it. Walk to the tourist office for a surprising walk.

Keep in mind that the power connections only work when the streetlights are on. It's free, so you can't really say anything about that. The newer spots don't have trees yet, so you'll need to be positioned there for satellite reception.

A little further on in town, another camper site recently opened with all amenities, including electricity, and it's free. It's located in a parking lot. It's a very attractive town, away from the hustle and bustle of the coast.

I generally agree with previous reviews. However, keep in mind that you can only get clean water at the campsite using a jerry can. You can fill up outside the campsite. Get your key at reception. Disposal of gray water is also only permitted outside the campsite.

We really wanted to stay here on November 2nd. That's a Sunday, and there's a sign at reception saying the campsite is closed on Sundays. The barrier was also closed. So we left empty-handed. Too bad.

The previous reviews are correct. It's a filthy, neglected mess (see photos). It's outrageous to blame campers for this. There's also no way to dispose of gray water.

No power. And if you want to get water, allow half an hour for it because there's hardly any pressure at the tap.

The fact that the previous review gave a mediocre rating because the price on campercontact is incorrect is, of course, completely absurd. The campsite also has its own website with extensive information. The only disappointment for us was that the terrace and restaurant were closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays due to a lack of staff; a shame, as it looked inviting. And keep in mind that everything must be paid in cash.

I was here mainly to visit the former kz Ravensbrück. Apart from that I didn't find the town worth it.

We stayed 1 night at the camper place which is a ten meters drive further from the entrance of the camping. A lot cheaper with the same facilities and better view. Place for 3 campers.

It is still shocking that price, certainly compared to what is offered. Nothing special that would justify the price, except the monopoly position that this campsite occupies.

It concerns a large grass field with at least 60 places. So the description is not correct that there are only 6 places. We had made a reservation because of those 6 places but that is not necessary. Make sure you have everything "at home" because the place is quite remote. All texts at the washing machines and elsewhere are in Danish. Strange...

Large parking lot with bus stop 100 meters away.

Make sure you are not put in place G01. This is right next to the toilet building and waste containers. It stinks there. Complained to the manager who promised to do something about it. Not so. Furthermore, there is no shop or restaurant nearby. The shower was also disgusting.

If you are an animal lover, you have to put some principles aside because those goats are not really having fun there. But they do deliver very tasty cheeses. Little comfort, but it's free.

The plumber who owns the camper spot has moved. But the camper spot still exists including all amenities. The strange thing is that you can't pay anywhere. The place is not very attractive, but the town (10 min. walk) is quite nice.

Asked for confirmation of a reservation. No response. Called. phone out of order. So lousy service. Of course we didn't go there.

Special experience. Actually we were not welcome because we wanted electricity. The owner didn't feel like that. Electricity was so expensive these days, he said, that he would rather see us leave. So we did that and went to the camper spot in Montabaur. Actually much more fun in a town, especially with bad weather.

Location fine. Furthermore, I thought it was a mess under the guise of being ecological. A marketing trick to ensure that you don't have to look around you critically. And 29 euros to spend a night in a mud puddle is really absurd. This can all be solved by placing rubber plates at the passers-by spot.

On October 10th there is not much left to do here. The restaurant is only open to a very limited extent. We are here with 3 campers. Pay 26 euros for 2 people. Not exactly cheap, but a nice place.

Departed from this location today. Unfortunately I am less enthusiastic. And that mainly has to do with the infrastructure. It is substandard. Almost cold showers, lukewarm water for washing dishes and too low water pressure, many problems with the power supply which, according to the manager, is the fault of the campers, (???) no fused individual power supply and finally, rancid smelling sanitary facilities.

It is what it is: a city campsite with a monopoly position. We have not experienced it as bad as previous campers. And that whining about the price: you know this in advance. Then don't go to Lisbon but to Lutjebroek.

Very busy and in neglected condition.

We. were all alone so there was plenty of room. Nice bar with lots of locals. In the morning you can get fresh bread at the bar. The market is on Sunday, so not on Saturday. 500 meters further uphill towards Monsanto there is another parking lot where there is enough space for about 5 campers after 5 p.m.

A nice campsite in itself. It would be even better if the manager gave more control over the placement of all kinds of vehicles and trailers that campers tow with them. Why do they have to be in the scarce places while there is a large parking lot right in front of the entrance?

Well... What should I do with all those facilities? I have a camper. Apart from all those unnecessary facilities for me, it is a parking lot from which you can easily walk to the center. And we were unlucky that there were about 5 Spanish campers/friends' club who did not care much about their neighbors.

How can you call this a beautiful place…. Functional if you want to take the gondola, but otherwise not very idyllic.

Well, it is indeed a bit dated and the sanitary facilities are not very clean. But the campsite and town make up for everything.

If you don't like children you shouldn't come here. The screeching from the adjacent playground drove us crazy.

The campsite consists of 2 parts: a campsite and 80 meters further a camper place. The latter is a kind of emergency shelter: very narrow places where you cannot put out an awning, only 2 amp. electricity, no shower and toilet. However, the most annoying thing is the entrance / exit of this place. Very small, which means that many campers are damaged when driving out on the right (little wall!!). Take extra care. The campsite is ok.

Perfect place for visit to Regia. I searched for the spitting man but unfortunately did not find it. Close to the camper place is a wonderful supermarket, Deco. For the Lidl adepts, swallow because here they really have quality.

Awful place and a bastard of a security guard!! Have only seen it as an expensive guarded parking space, especially when I had to pay 10 Euro for electricity. Didn't and left while we wanted to spend the night.

It is true that everything is there. However, the town seems deserted. The motorhome and surroundings make a desolate impression. There is also no escalator or otherwise in operation. There was 1 camper that was parked there by a lokalo I suspect.

It's probably a matter of taste but what a horrible place!!! Huh mutt. Stayed one night in transit but don't want to be found dead here yet.

We were here October 13th. Everything on the campsite closed. Camping seems to be getting worse. Watch out for the trees and branches. Not being pruned it seems.

So here you can see what it's like to be a cash cow from cradle to grave. Separating calves directly from the mother, never in the pasture, bulls are culled or just fattened, cows conditioned to be machine milked twice a day for their entire lives. And after about 6 years to the butcher. What a life. Despite the friendly welcome from the owner and the delicious ice cream, it is still good to reflect on the above.

We do not use sanitary facilities so I have no opinion about that. But other than that it's a great place to stay. We did not stand on 1 of the camper spots, but on field B. For people with a satellite dish: on B1 and B2 you in any case have reception if your dish is at least on top of the camper. And further: Wendy, thank you for your good care and explanation!! Good luck with the planned renovation.

It is a bit confusing, 2 motorhome locations close to each other. We actually thought we were going to the other one but ended up here. Looks a bit like a work area. And we didn't pay anything because we didn't use any amenities.

Campsite has been closed to passers-by for 2 years. Only long stay for mobile homes.

City and cathedral well worth seeing. As a tourist trap, York can't compete with that.

A crooked affair indeed. Might be good for an exciting night. The road to it is also a challenge for large motorhomes coming from the town.

A huge park and therefore very touristy. We paid £26 for 1 night. There are probably more idyllic places, but we didn't feel like looking any further.

The municipality seems crazy to offer this place for 7 euros per 24 hours. Everything included, of course. The campers that I found in this place (all integrals sometimes with trailer) can easily pay double. With the extra income, more places could possibly be realized.

Nothing to add, except that you have to buy bread from the bakery at the crossroads in the hamlet. Fantastically tasty.

Beautiful campsite. Price differentiation depending on where you are. The most expensive places by the sea and a lot cheaper further away. The price on camper contact is therefore irrelevant. On October 22 only the supermarket is still open. Nothing else, so no restaurant. It is possible to cycle to Bastia.

Today is October 20th and the campsite is closed. So not open all year round. A big closed gate and no info at all when they are open.

We tried to get a place here on September 13th. Arriving at the campsite there was a line of about 20 campers who all had to check in. We didn't want to wait for that. Campsite was cluttered and spots very tight. There is little alternative in the area so will explain everything.

Terrible place but no alternative. As a surprise I also had to pay 5 Euro more (so 30 Euro) because my camper would be too big. 717 cm. What they see here as a large motorhome remained vague. But I strongly suspected that they saw their chance. I was about the last place.

Agree with previous reviews but a big negative is that it is far away from shops, restaurants and the sea if you like that. It is therefore difficult to get a loaf of bread on the real bike (so no e-Bike because that is not a bicycle).

Nice bike ride to the city. So don't understand the previous review so well. Busy place that was packed early on September 18. I think it won't be long before the municipality starts asking for money. Justly; why should motor home travelers be drawn to other tourists?

A bit unclear what exactly the camper place is but it is a huge lawn where up to 100 campers can stand. We paid 5 euros on September 16, 2019. Next to the bar is a shower on the beach. It may be very busy on weekends and during the peak months, but that was certainly not the case now.

Nice campsite if it would be more off the road. Now it's a disaster to stay. What a noise!!! And you should especially avoid Potes or you should love Valkenburg. But then you didn't have to drive that far. Horrible!!!!

Far too far away from town. Drive on and on the other side of the town is another campsite where you can easily walk to the town. Leave the campsite at the back at the tennis court and you will be in the town in a few 100 meters.

Been here on July 2, 2019. There is little choice in the area. We paid 300 kroner for 2 people with electricity. Large and impersonal.

It is today 26 June 2019 and it is busy with campers here. Too little room for everyone so we are unofficially on the side a little further. So also have nice view. We thought we would stand here and then visit Molde by bike but the road is really too steep for that. Hence only a 5.

Regarding the previous review: little is wrong. Great way there. Good to oversee and plenty of options. Camper goes up in second gear and a restaurant that is open until 9 p.m. what is wrong with that? Want to go to sleep at 8 p.m. Well .......

It is unclear what is going on here on March 19, 2019. There is an enthusiastic build on the site. There is still a sign "camping" on the road, but it will not be seen if it will ever be. Someone should take a look in a few months.

I have added this location myself. Would like to point out again that this is a very simple site that is particularly suitable as a transit point or to visit Lille. And the latter is very worthwhile. Sometimes the campsite is also open during Christmas and New Year's Eve. Please contact the campsite in advance.

Prima motorhome to visit Turin. Go to the reception next to the tram stop. There are many brochures about the city. You can also buy tram tickets here. Buy a day ticket for € 5.- and you can go all day long.

Where you have to get 20 places from here is a mystery to me. More than half of the places are difficult or impossible to reach for campers. We were here April 30. Hard to judge how it is here later in the season. Now we were the only passers-by and there are some tattered caravans.

Also with the bike to do well to get to the center. Gives something more freedom.

The first time in my reviews I give a 10. These people will give you everything. After 10 minutes the owner came with a plate full of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. Free. After an hour we sat down to the water. Two glasses of wine ordered: free of charge. We are Dutch like that. And further this place is a very unexpected beauty.

Small but not very nice. Poor zoo. No satellite reception available. By the way, our camper is 717 cm. and came without a problem. Whoever finds this style has apparently never been to the Veluwe .....,

Best beautiful and clean. But there are nicer campsites in the area. If you come here for 10 years, you did not look good about you. Here are only 2 places that look directly at the sea. I find that little.

Top campsite, especially at the end of October. I can imagine that this is different from June to September. Now choice enough and very quiet. Some additional information: It is very possible to reach the city by bike as much as possible. Sit in a bit of climbing but for sports enthusiasts no problem and the guys are all e bikes. It is a nice walk along beaches and boulevards.

Camping closes on October 20th. Nothing no acsi rate. First night 177 kuna and next nights 162 kuna. Pay separately for water intake 5 kuna. Washing machine 50 kuna but no dryer. We have not seen that scenic environment. Or you should not be able to paint naturally .....

Stood on 10 sept. Facilities ok. The bonus on this place is the ice stadium where you can visit a ice hockey game with some luck.

November 2013. Very busy on this tight parking lot (see Google Earth). Good maneuverability, with our camper by 7.10 mtr. Did not stay because of expected traffic noise. Wait, so a fooitje Vriendeljjke, helpful parking is in place.

Miserable busy tight spot. In October 2013. Good alternative is the Camping Municipal.

Staying at the camp site at the beginning of november 2013. Stood there all alone. All facilities closed, but the gate was open, so why not? in the morning I saw that campers were on the so-called. camper place. No church official. Wonderful place on the Lot.

I have a motorhome with max. weight of 3.5 tons but a static System. We were with his 2-and. I'm not one to complain about prices quickly especially if it for. Great place for 1 night. Not cheap, but Swiss well arranged.

Nice to have a time here to stay overnight. We have done so on 28 May. However, keep in mind that the weather is different than The "bottom" who stormed a sheltered spot is not properly night and to find. So had a sleepless night.
