Used this as service point only. Nice enough town for s couple of hours.

App update has deleted previous entries for this location... we were here in July ‘16. It’s just a place to park up but it’s right on the waterfront and a great place to visit. Try Levi’s Bar and visit the real Ireland.

It’s free with sea on both sides. Nice walk along the coast. Ideal first stop after ferry crossing to Cherbourg.

Full service - chemical toilet and grey water dump, and potable water fill - is available only when station is manned, otherwise all locked up and water isolated. Cost for this is €8 payable in the service station. Big plus is proper high pressure airline that will accurately check you tyres - that’s FREE!

How can you not give 10/10 when it’s free, pitches on grass, plenty of space and by a nice river? Arrive for lunchtime and you should get one of the riverside pitches. Short walk into town. Ideal.

Suffered attempted break in to Transit driver’s door window. Two other vans on site, one allegedly had dogs attacked with pepper spray by same person. We all moved on. Very sad because this is a delightful village. Would have given it 9/10 purely for its location and easy access to the village.

Payment meters are installed. First half hour is free then the cost racks up. There is no camper car symbol like in photos and overnight parking seems to be discouraged. We ended up at local municipal camping (also in ACSI)

Only gets 6/10 for its location and fact that it costs only £2 per night - that is valid from 4pm until 8am. Main negative is that we were the only van among a lot of coaches and Heavy trucks. Easy walk into town and the RSC theatres; we used it for a theatre visit then de-camped after the show to a Brit stop pub out on the Alcester Road for a hot chocolate nightcap in front of a log fire.
