We spent the night at the front of the pier. It's a wonderful view, watching the tides. A pub is just a few steps away. There's a toilet during the day, but no other water or waste disposal facilities. Water is available at the entrance to the other campsite in the village. However, access there is restricted by a height barrier from June 1 to September 15.

Good parking spot in the city on the waterfront. Except for a rattling manhole cover, it was quiet. No water or waste disposal.

We didn't stay overnight but explored Derry from there. We recommend entering 'Foyle Arena' as your destination and then driving past the building on the left. No utilities or waste disposal.

Very nice, quiet campsite almost directly on the beach. No water or waste disposal.

We've been traveling in Ireland for three weeks, and this was by far the best-equipped campsite. There's drinking water, as well as toilet and greywater disposal. Everything is very clean and in good condition. One spot is reserved for campervans, but there's no ban on parking anywhere else. Thank you to this campervan-friendly town.

Absolutely quiet campsite on the beach. The drive is relatively long, and there are no attractions nearby. There are barbecues made from beer kegs, but we didn't use them. ...

Very nice spot with a great view of the bay and the Golden Sands beach below. It was quiet at night despite its proximity to the road. It could be unpleasant in strong winds. The restaurant was closed. There were no restrooms and no other water or waste disposal facilities.

Nice, quiet, and clean campsite. No water or waste disposal.

Beautiful campsite right by the sea. It was very quiet at night, with only the wind and waves to be heard. There was fresh water at the entrance to the beach. It's a good starting point for trips to Valentia Island and the Ring of Sceilg with the Cliffs of Kerry. The site is worth a second night.

The coordinates provided lead to a spot behind the dunes. Since we didn't want to swim, we drove back up and parked in the parking lot opposite the pub, where we spent a quiet night. The food at the pub was good. No water or waste disposal.

Very nice and quiet campsite. The Bridges of Ross are also worth a longer walk. No water or waste disposal.

Very pleasant campsite. Behind the site is a large park with tables and benches. It was very quiet at night. Fresh water is available at the nearby parking area on the pier.

The food in the pub was good. There was supposed to be live music. We don't know why it was canceled. Perhaps it was for the better, as it meant we had a quiet night. Free WiFi in the pub, but no other supplies or waste disposal.

Wow, this is a motorhome-friendly place. Everything you need is there. The water tap is on the right side of the entrance. The showers/restrooms are clean and open from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The shower works perfectly. A big thank you.

A good place to stay Charles Fort is definitely worth a visit.

We weren't sure if this was a good place to stay overnight, but it was perfectly fine. There was a constant coming and going until late, but it was never noisy. The parking lot has height-limiting barriers, but they were open.

Thank you for the lovely spot! We had a peaceful night not far from three cute alpacas. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!

Great! You really can't expect more for €8, even if you can't get a spot with an electric hookup. A dedicated water hookup and a hose are very useful. Heed the other campers' directions regarding the entrance!

Good place for an overnight stay. Even though it was a Friday night, it was very quiet. We didn't see any water.
