We have been coming here every holiday for years, on the way there and back and the food here is always a party. Like an angel pees on your tongue...😉

We have been coming here for several years with our 6m camper van and saw for the first time this year that it is unfortunately a parking lot for the inhabitants of the town between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Unbelievable all those 5 star reviews for a nice new bathroom... because that's the only thing that's nice about this place. We drove up there today and quickly drove away again. Everything was put together, it looked more like a parking lot than a campsite and you can pay € 34 for that. By the way, this campsite is owned by the same owners as the adjacent closed campsite. Which was really beautiful in its heyday.

After many years at this nice campsite with its idyllic view, pebble beach and cozy restaurant, this has unfortunately come to an end ... very unfortunate.

Simple motorhome but beautifully situated opposite the beautiful village which is definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful CP with all amenities 6 electricity points, benches and picnic table. 25m away there is a bakery annex supermarket where you can buy delicious fresh bread. Watch out when driving that the navigation does not send you straight up to the left into the residential area, but just drive for about 1.5 km and then turn left/right at the sign area sosta camper. We noticed that the local residents also use the CP as a regular parking lot 🤔

Planned a trip to this campsite today, but it appears to have been sold and has turned into a construction site with all containers and large safari tents. Very unfortunate and according to a Dutch supervisor it was intended that the campers got an edge somewhere on the side. Another chapter closed...

After a disillusionment in Gnesau we ended up at this nice small-scale campsite. Beautiful setting right by the water, the restaurant also has a beautiful view of the water from the terrace. Too bad the kitchen is already closed at 8 pm. But otherwise Great!!

Beautiful motorhome with free toilet, shower and electricity for a fee. Beautiful shady pitches and pitches in the sun directly on the river Weser. At about 100m you will find an imbiss and a bar restaurant, in short, everything is there.
