Great motorhome as I said before but still pricey. Electricity costs 3 euros extra per day and for a shower you have to pay another 1 euros. I paid 19 euros per day for a person. In comparison, the following days I paid half with more facilities.

Attention: campers older than 10 years must first obtain permission from the municipality of Amsterdam for a fee. This makes the campsite extra expensive. People with an older camper are better off going to a campsite outside the city.

Is the address correct because our Garmin navigator sent us into a residential area. On October 30, it was packed here so we had put our camper on one of the bus places. Some campers placed their camper very antisocial and took several places. It is a pity that the municipality had placed height fences.

Friendly welcome but I had to call for a long time before someone arrived. We were the only guests, no one else. The campground was also the only one open. Be careful not to sink into the swampy meadow. A shower and toilet were opened for us. The rest were closed. No bread and croissants unfortunately. An ideal campsite for people who want absolute tranquility. Pointe du Raz is 5 km away.

We were here a few days before the winter closure. No one was there around 6pm. The computer login doesn't work at all. Somewhere it says that we can get in with a special code, but not out. No one is present on Sunday and Wednesday. The phone number we could call is fake. No answer but an annoying comment that no one is present. Anyway, drove in where half of the plumbing is installed

The campsite accepts ACSI and gives a discount. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dish reception is possible in most places. The pitches are spacious but not exactly level. There is a MacDonalds nearby but no other restaurant. Swimming in the municipal swimming pool is free. Cycling to the center is possible but the campsite is poorly signposted. The shopping center across the street is almost empty (no supermarket).

A good motorhome site but unfortunately there are no facilities. The busy road is quiet at night. It is quiet in mid-October. Tomorrow we will visit the Memorial and the castle of William the Conqueror.

The campsite is adequate. That's all there is to say. You can buy chips and even sit in the restaurant. The pitches are spacious but it is difficult to reach. A shower costs 1 euro and that is a lot. Even in the late season we paid 21.50 euros per night. Chemical toilet cleaning and water discharge and filling are free.

It wasn't crowded but hard to find with a Garmin navigator. The address is incorrect. You have to cross a narrow bridge. The CP is okay but the coins for electricity do not work. Moreover, they are in the wrong place where satellite reception is not possible. The rest is okay.

Excellent place to visit Alkmaar and the surrounding area by bike. The harbor master is very friendly and he will reserve the places if you give them by phone. The sanitary facilities are closed after 22:00. During the day and at the beginning of the evening you can get an access pass.

I was here in the last week of August. Great place to visit Schiermonnikoog. Reservations in high season are necessary. The sanitary facilities are perfect. Excellent overnight stay that is not full in the early and late season, so that you can also arrive late at night. Nearby is a chip shop with all kinds of other snacks. During the day, the motorhome is used as a playground by school-aged youth. You should therefore wake up early. It is a pity that the sani column does not work on normal euro coins.

I'm going there next week and I certainly won't pay. I call on all people to also refuse to participate in illegal actions of scammers. Municipalities should take their responsibility. It must be over with all kinds of unclear reasons to close motorhome pitches.

Nonsense reasoning from the municipality. The neighbors were not disturbed at all. The municipality has banned overnight stays on the basis of false - self-made - information. There are a number of telephone numbers on the window. One of the managers is in a boat on the water. He can give you the key and the code for the fence. Great place with toilet and shower. It is indeed possible to discharge your waste water and chemical toilet because there is a large well with the camper easily accessible pit and your chemical toilet can be discharged into the normal toilet with the permission of the manager.
