One of the better campsites in our opinion: Spacious pitches, possibly under the trees. Very friendly and helpful owners who apparently do everything together. The sanitary facilities were impeccable and the patron was constantly busy with the landscaping. Just outside the campsite is an offshoot of the Charente where it was wonderful to swim in the hellish temperatures we experienced. We also recommend the bistro next to the entrance!

We are here for the second year in a row. Beautiful campsite with spacious pitches. some of them are paved for campers. Sanitary facilities clean and well maintained. The beach is not much and is mainly there for kayakers to moor for a while. And for me to walk into the water with my fishing rod. Little to no fish unfortunately. Also because the water is higher than last year. Swimming is not allowed in the river. Fortunately there is a pleasant swimming pool.

3.5 stars: enthusiastic managers of a beautifully located and laid out campsite. River ideal for fly fishing. However, few caught. The swimming pool is great, wonderfully cooled down during absurdly hot days. But then the sanitary facilities: I just think that there is a shortage of staff, because more attention could be paid to that. One more cleaning per day would not be an unnecessary luxury.

Very friendly welcome, spacious pitches with trees and shrubs. Sanitary facilities were fine, showers were even very hot, but you can regulate them yourself. We got our groceries at the supermarket a kilometer walk away. To get to the swimming pool you had to descend from the campsite towards the river. You will receive a code to unlock the gate there. The river was a bit too turbulent for me to fly fish in while standing. But it was beautiful!

Very friendly welcome, we were allowed to choose from a number of places. Eymet is a lovely little place. Sanitary somewhat dated but well maintained. We came here to fly fish but the river Dropt seems more suitable for classic fishing here.

Friendly welcome at a super campsite! We have never seen such luxurious and clean sanitary facilities. Getting to Poitiers by bike was tough. However, there was nothing to criticize at the super well-kept campsite! We paid 62 euros for two nights, including electricity.

Beautiful view from the campsite on the sea and Fecamp. A lot has been said about this campsite. The plumbing was filthy and cleaned with the French blow. The place we were allocated was far from flat and did not hold up to anything. The welcome at the reception was also very warm. Fecamp itself turned out to be beautiful. With only one night stay we did not visit the pebble beach. We did see yoga mats being used as loungers: tip!
