A special place! The P is spacious enough and slopes gently upwards. It's surrounded by nature, and in just a few steps, you have a beautiful view. 🌅 The place also exudes history. We were there alone from Saturday, September 6th, to Sunday, September 7th. And we felt safe. There are covered picnic tables. The Altvaterturm can be visited on weekends. A hundred meters further, there's an amateur radio club. The Altvaterturm association asks for a donation of 10 euros.

During the day quite a bit of activity in the wine growing (were there at the time that all vineyards got sulphur). At night absolutely quiet. Surroundings are beautiful, the bee-eaters and hops flew above us. Hostess was super friendly and uncluttered. We were with 8 campers and paid 12 euros for a night.

Super neat v&e. Even on 29-12-24 with frost tapping water was no problem. Thanks to the municipality of Forchtenberg.

We had little expectations from this place. But it turned out to be an ideal place to stay. You can take a beautiful little morning or evening walk with the dog. It is quiet (the train did not disturb). We were lucky enough to have fifty chickens as neighbors who had their free range piece there.

I don't think you're ever alone, but it's a nice quiet place! From the womo you can make beautiful walks.

Quiet place with nice view. Occasionally a car during the day. Very quiet at night. Have stood alone and felt safe. Coincidentally, the subsurface was provided with a new layer of vibrated rubble yesterday (4-5-23).

Wonderful camper place! Ideal because you walk right into nature. It is quiet and there is enough space. Buying a parking ticket is only possible with coins. You can hand in waste. Unfortunately, you cannot dispose of the greywater, but you can empty the toilet.

Great base for a night. Terrain is sloping so levelers are a requirement. Residence ticket via parking machine only with coins. Current rate € 10.00 only we already received a ticket after paying € 8.00 maybe a winter discount? Traffic is clearly audible. Ideal with dog because you can walk around the lake in no time.

What a beautiful location. View of meadows and next to a river. You occasionally hear cowbells. From the motorhome you can walk beautifully. There are not many places. There were four of us when we got there. Five is about the max I think. Unless you're going door to door.

Lovely quiet place (5/5/22). No through traffic, just some cars in the parking lot next door. Plek has no facilities, but there are public toilets a short distance away and in the village there is a possibility to discharge. Leveling the camper can be a challenge. From the motorhome you are in 35 meters on a dog beach and there are plenty of walking options. You can pay at the tourist office or with paypal
