Looks like a nice camper place. Gate was only (like previous review) closed, I guess access is only for members of Clube Autocaravanista Saloio. There is an electronic combination lock that operates the gate.

Made a stop for groceries. Can't say much more about it, but this was great!

Jan-Willem describes it well. Spent two nights here, the second because the weather was too nice to travel further. But I have found Peniche to be very busy, many motorcyclists thinking they are on the track. Nice for once, but… that rhymes yes. But this campsite was very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spa and gym available at extra cost. Rondje peninsula is more than 12 km walk but very beautiful.

Made a short stop to use the facilities, well arranged! And it is indeed possible to spend the night in the designated parking spaces.

The previous review was very valuable, just look at the map for the last 500 meters. I was also sent over that narrow part with a camper bus, but the next turn would have saved you a lot of stress ;) Wonderful overnight stay in total silence with beautiful views.

Great location for an overnight stay. Indeed a bit difficult to load water and discharge toilet, electricity is free so there are a number of campers here for a longer period of time. When the thermal baths are open again, this will be a very special location!

In itself a great location for an overnight stay, it was nice and quiet. Nice walk along the river. Water can be tanked but I didn't have the right connection for the tap so I didn't succeed, but it works. The parking lot is right next to a football club, so in addition to the sound of the running water you can hear the sound of kicking a ball.

Visit on 1-12 Currently, the sani column is still free to use. Many amenities in the area, such as restaurants, bakeries and other various shops. Great location for an overnight stay, enjoyed it and would definitely come back.

Indeed as indicated a very quiet place, but fine for a transit. Free electricity so the first of my stops along the way where I encounter so many campers ;) My visit was on 11/27

Great location for overnight stay but can be self-sufficient (visit on 25-11 everything closed) Beautiful nature reserve where beaver activity is clearly visible, well worth a walk. Would definitely come back here

Slept here 23-11 and really liked it. Toilet can discharge and water tanked, toilet and shower dated but clean! It had rained well but no problems getting away. Would come back here

Spent two nights (28/29 Nov) here. The parking is in a nice area, took a walk here and many amenities nearby, such as a Hyper Center. Facilities in the car park are perfectly fine, water discharge for larger campers (above 6 meters) may take a while, but doable. Well worth the money!

For me 5 stars because it really is a magical place, the view, the tranquility, the walking routes between the animals, wonderful! The road to it is also beautiful. Indeed, make sure that you have everything you need and that the toilet is empty, then you will last here for a while!

Indeed a very quiet place near Zenarruza Monastery I just walked in to ask if I can stand here, which they certainly don't make a fuss about! Beautiful hiking trails through the mountains. Recommended, but make sure you have enough with you :-)

Spent an overnight stay here and certainly don't regret it. Very quiet area, friendly people and a beautiful view around you. You can also fill and discharge water as well as the toilet. for Refueling you need your own hose.
