Convenient for Malpensa airport (20 mins) but expensive for what you get and not much to offer. Mid September €29 + €4 if you want electricity. Primarily a permanent site w area between trees (shade) which in part turns to mud in rain so pick/negotiate your appointed spot. Sanitation clean but meagre (no loo roll, no soap), paid showers (jetton). Still to find the camper services... (Mosquitos aplenty but that seems everywhere at the moment)

Mid September lovely and quiet, with only half a dozen campers on this large site with nice view over lake. We paid €15, includes electric (owner comes by evening and morning to collect, cash only). Top and bottom rows are almost level, the middle row is inclined. Top row good shade during day. Facilities basic but clean and nice strong hot showers (use jettons get from owner €1 for ~4 mins). Restaurant/bar on site but closed now.

Small cramped in nexr to busy very noisy motorway. it's got shade so OK if you're stone deaf, but we moved on quickly!

Parking, for vehicles over 2.10 m, is €3 for 4 hours, €5 for 16 hours PLUS €10 from 22:00-08:00. Hence a reasonable standard overnight say 18:00 to 10:00 =€10+5. However, the machine can not add up evening+night+day so you' have to get separate tickets €3, €10, €3. The ParkEasy App let's you park 24 hours for €15.29 (29ct app service fee) maybe these who paid less were in the height-restricted section or only got one ticket.

stayed 2-3 Oct 2016: currently (v low season I guess) this cp is used also as base for local road works with office and storage. No impact during weekend but weekday work starts at 07:30. Road starts getting used from 6am but not a huge impact. Monday night we stayed at the parking at the Cirque (a must visit even when not a hiker) which APPEARS to be condoned for this period. Good sani.

Still top. 2nd visit this year. Owners are camperers themselves. Quiet. Spacious, flat spots with nice views. Shower, washer, dryer. Daily fresh bread service by the local baker (order by 6pm). Walking/cycling. BTW: there are no toilets because they would be (ab)used by the many walking/cycling/etc passersby we were told. I am a (very) light sleeper but I have not heard the clocks ....

New "drive-over" station, clean, free. Excellent. Wish all major parkings did this. Parking accessible going both directions on A1. Exact spot is in N corner of the parking (N49.99086 E 007.47605).

Useful dumpsite when staying at e.g. Lago de Suviana c/p. This is literally a grated sewer hole on side of the road with a water hose in a box, but have certainly seen worse. We did however not use the water to fill up as same, somewhat akward, tap must also be used to get water for rinse.

Top spot, free. 7m parking bays front row! Dump at the service point at Badi if you have not arrived empty. water available 500m back near shop.

Lovely, peacefull, scenery, service. And yes, the (inclusive) showers are fab. Owners, apart from Italian, speak English (only). The price, however, is €12 PLUS €3pp PLUS €3 for electricity (if desired).

Dedicated ski town. dead outside. both c/p here are on main road without anything. we moved on.

GPS coord are incorrect: it is not just South of bridge in village but on the North (main road) side of the bridge on east side, but well signed. Simple grass paddock with flat areas but also lumps. Fine when dry but could/will be interesting when wet! Zero facilities. Several restaurants and beer garden in the village. Dead quiet when we were there 3.5.16 but wine fest due to kick off next day!

1.5.16. Quiet parking place of local football club & open-air pool at end of small village. No direct charge but electricity (if you're needing) €3 / kWh unit to compensate so be aware. Fresh water €0.50 for 50ltr, dumping free.

29.4.16. Road to location under major what appears long-term construction immediately north of turnoff. Accessible from Biedenkopf only, not from Battenberg! No sign of facilities but then also no call or ability for pay. Large, quiet location surrounded by trails walking (summer) / langlauf (winter).
