The reception was very friendly and helpful, but my good mood vanished immediately when I was asked to pay an additional €10 on site, even though I had already paid via the app! The sanitary facilities are a joke... as is typical in France, there are no toilet seats, but also no grab bars! They were clean, but completely outdated. The date of the last cleaning was blank. Laundry costs €5. Several power outlets were out of order.
