Tried to stop here 6 Sep when Stadium Parking was shut. It was over full. Motorhomes were blocked in by cars parked opposite. Access is difficult, large Motorhomes can get in but there was nowhere to turn around so we had to reverse out down the narrow road.

This looked a nice place. it was level parking with shade from trees. Accessed direct off the round about just before the football stadium. It is right next to a major road so there is a lot of road noise. Unfortunately when we were there (6 sept 2021) there were signs saying no parking 6-Sep to 15-Sep due to an event at the stadium. We had lunch and left. I hope this gets posted in time to help people.

Great place to stop. A small champagne producer. You park in the loading dock of the vineyards. nice champagne. It was free to park but we did buy a couple of cases so not a cheap stop 😉 Place is not easy to find. You park at the rear of shop you pass on the high street. it is off Rue 11 November and as you will see from the photos over looks the vines and local church. Parking place not level so you need ramps!

This is a truck stop at a crossroads. Nothing more. Used by truckers and motorhomes. No services but by a truckers cafe.

Very poor stop. Convenient for the castle built not easy to get into. Roads to it are steep and narrow and car park entrance has bollards. Motorhome bays very short although st night parking bays are empty. Bourn was not working and blocked off at end of September 19

Not much has changed- Free parking in four marked bays. Long Motorhome need to back in and overhang the kerb. Bourn needs a coupon (jeton) which you buy from the cycle hire place by the entrance. But not In October as it’s shut!! We were able to dump great water and casette

A gem of a stopover. Just off the N10/A10 and worth the few kilometre detour. A lovely Chateau / working winery. Free tasting and no pressure to buy. (But we did) the photos show it all - you park next to the Chateau alongside the vineyards. There’s electricity (the sockets are rather hidden in the flower beds) and water. Very peaceful rural location - highly recommended for an overnight stay.

So full of cars couldn’t find a spot. Cost 60c to get out. Very small lanes and narrow entry. Don’t think this should be a Camping Car Park at all (despite the signs saying it is!). Parked on street nearby. 15€ for 4 hrs. Don’t over stay though Traffic Wardens are constantly patrolling.

This is a vineyard that has several level motorhome parking places. Although called a châteaux (and a Grande Cru as well) it is more like a working farm. Wine tasting was free (and quite good!). Quiet area in the middle of miles of vineyards. Have stayed at other places and although the motorhome pitches were well kept, the rest of the farm was a little rundown. 2k from St Emilion village.

Great site - but slopes a lot! Large gravelled parking area supposedly just for Motorhomes but the odd car parks here as well. Quiet, close to the woods. A short walk down the hill to the town (and back up to the castle!) No services other than skips near the entrance. Very peaceful site. Roads through town and up the hill are narrow but easily accessed by even large motorhomes.

Tried to stay here - but it was so badly occupied we couldn’t get in. The site slopes badly. We moved on to the FREE parking at the other end of town which was level and quiet. You can access the dump site/borne for free - just drive round the back of the Aire.

It’s a car park on the top of hill on the edge of town. It was flat, quiet and easy to get to. It’s free and there was plenty of space to manoeuvre. It about 10-15 minutes walk to the heart of the old town which is wonderful. No facilities but the dump site/bourne can be accessed for free at the paid site at the other end of town (which was awful)

Quiet Aire on the edge of a small village. Stayed here in Sept 19. 6 vans on site last night. A bit crowded but otherwise fine. Great for an overnight stop but other than a short walk to the river and an old Roman Theatre about half a mile /800 metres away there’s nothing. Water/dump site all okay

Very nice Aire on an island in the middle of the River Loire. Quiet area and can sit out on Grassed area behind MH. Aire filled by 6pm. Electrical hook up available at every plot (although bring a long cable). Water/Dump borne available. Pass’Etapes site but card can be issued by automated machine at the barrier.

Stayed here At the end if August 2017. The rate has gone up to €19.20 a night for a motor home and 2 occupants. No charge for dogs. There is free WiFi on site but the speed was so bad it was better to stay on mobile!

This is a dump station behind the petrol station at service area. As you turn into the garage there is a choice of three lanes - right for fuel, middle for exit and discharge point and left to drive out. To open the door to the WC dump push the buttons on the blue borne!

Lovely place. Aire itself only has 6 short spaces but parking alongside takes another 8-10. Took our 8m van ok. On river bank. Water was free when we were there. Electricity at dump point. Some road nose during the day - and bird noise at low tide!!

This new 6 place municipal motorhome aire opened Summer 2017. The 6 bays are all concrete hard standing with ECU and good sized pitches (8m*6m). The Cora hypermarket is 2 minutes away Town is about 15 minutes walk and has a large range of restaurants and shops. Follow the signs for the Best Western Hotel the entrance to the aire nearby. It is a quietish area but is busy on theatre nights.
