What a special campsite to spend a few days at. It is truly dark here at night! And quiet. You wake up in the morning to birdsong. Beautiful, unknown trees and shrubs grow here. An arboretum is a place where at least 200 species of trees stand together. We were warmly welcomed by the owners, who told us about the history of this location and their big plans for the place. Well worth a visit.

A neat campsite, beautifully situated on the dike along the Elbe. Shady and sunny pitches, freely selectable, amidst many beautiful trees. We were warmly welcomed by the Dutch owners. The starry sky at night, waking up in the morning to the sound of the golden oriole, chiffchaff, and wren. What more could you ask for?

In July 2025, we were at this campsite. Lots of play opportunities for young and older children. Good spot! Over a hill and you are on the beach.

Very large and busy campsite, but tidy. With a lovely natural swimming pool, which unfortunately served as the venue for a pool party during our stay. Between 3 pm and 10:30 pm, the music blared across the entire campsite. So, not for peace seekers. Not much to see in terms of birds, just two fighting pigeons on our roof.

A lovely campsite with many trees, where everyone can choose their own spot. Friendly and helpful staff, clean sanitary facilities. Access to the stunning Steinhuder Meer, with a view of the Kaliberg (also known as Kalimanjaro). Saw an osprey and a black kite.

A nature-friendly campsite, beautifully laid out. Perfect for families with young children who can enjoy themselves in the simple playground. Lovely atmosphere, no noise or music, making it attractive for older peace seekers who simply want to enjoy the birds. Sanitary facilities like new!

We pitched our campervan under a sequoia tree! It was a lovely campsite with trees and shrubs for shade, a relaxed atmosphere, and everyone was scattered about. We saw an osprey soaring over the Loire. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the food truck, paddled in the river, and swam in the free swimming pool. Blois is a beautiful city; it's just a bike ride away.

We saw kingfishers, green woodpeckers, and cattle egrets. This is a wonderful campsite for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. Tall trees, large, private pitches, and a view of a natural pond. It seems like campers overlook this campsite, it's so peaceful. The sanitary facilities are excellent. The swimming pool opens at 2 p.m. A bakery, inn, and supermarket are a two-minute walk away in the village of Tennie.
