Nice place, no amenities. Busy. Beautifully situated on the Ems, where you can enjoy cycling or walking. Cycling to Meppen is highly recommended.

What a lovely, quiet place. Great cycling in the area. The facilities at this location are excellent. The welcome was extremely friendly.

What a lovely spot; despite the high season, we were the only ones here. Beautiful surroundings, and the castle and gardens further down the road are more than worth a visit. Stunning view of the water. More than worth a repeat visit.

There is plenty of space here in itself, but what a racket from the adjacent railway from early morning until late evening. There is also regular traffic across the parking lot. Sanitary facilities are mediocre.

Another little gem. Plenty of space, beautiful walks, right in the middle of nature. The only tricky part is the voluntary payment. Bank charges are high then!

Beautiful spot by the water with nice surroundings. Museum, nature reserve. Quiet and there is room for at least 10 campers. There is a toilet just a little further away.

Very beautiful spot with a stunning view of the water. Quiet and spacious. Toilet, well, if there's no other way. Took a nice little walk.

Overnight stays are not allowed.

While the campsite further down the road is packed, we were here with 2 campers. So there was plenty of space. You aren't bothered by the nearby road. The only amenities are peace, quiet, and walking on the sand dunes.
