Lovely place! Quiet campsite with spacious, shady pitches. We stayed for one night; if we hadn't had to move on, we would have stayed! Lots of walking and cycling routes around the campsite. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated, but very tidy and clean!! A small pool for cooling off, and right by the lake.

Great location for visiting Carlsbad. About a 10-minute bike ride away, it's a beautiful city and well worth a visit. The campervan site is located at the racecourse, with clean and tidy restrooms. Free use of the washing machine and Wi-Fi is available.

A bit hesitant after all the reviews about the bathrooms, I decided to stay here anyway. One night quickly turned into two. The bathrooms are indeed in "containers," but to us, they looked well-maintained, clean, and tidy! The shower curtain needs replacing, but despite that, it was fine and we showered! So, the cleanliness and cleanliness all depend on how someone leaves it! Then there are the pitches: absolutely nothing wrong with them! Beautiful, large, spacious pitches.

neat campsite, on top of a hill. 2 days became 4 days, many cycling opportunities in the area. horb is a beautiful authentic town. campsite has separate camper pitches, sanitary facilities are neat and clean, restaurant is under private management, cozy beer garden, food is simple but doable. we were there with the heat, very happy with the pool bread service available. owners friendly and helpful. will definitely go back
