Your GPS gets confused because of the elevation difference, and tells you that you reached your destination before you have. It's down there. Just keep going.

Nice quiet place which offers 6 places with free water, waste water and power. When we were there, two of the places were occupied by local Italien campers which evidently were parked long-term. No occupents, but they had also taken the only two electrical outlets so there were none for us two tourists that were there. For us that was no problem, but if you must have power then don´t count on it.
