We spent a solo camper weekend at Brakkenhof. It's a beautiful, very spacious pitch on the grass. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. You can even light a fire. The indoor area with the stove is very pleasant and quickly creates a cozy atmosphere. But the excellent care of camper site owners Petra and Hans is the icing on the cake. They do everything they can to make you feel welcome. In short, a fantastic spot.

15 April here after a visit to De Wit. Perfect CP. spacious place, clean, good sanitary facilities, what more do you want. A great price/quality. And the solo camper gets a discount!

Nice pitch with electricity and water. Excellent toilet building, very clean and nice and warm. When leaving, Rob makes sure the road is clear. At the road he indicates that you can drive on. Fantastic. The surroundings are beautiful, so we will definitely come back.

For this price it is actually a not so good CP. There is no container for waste and the WiFi only works if you stand next to the pole. The adjacent campsite is probably a lot better.

How quickly can the situation change. The toilet looks very dirty. Overfull containers. No electricity in sight. The parking lot is being worked on. Maybe it will be something. In any case, I will look for something else.

Friendly welcome by manager who speaks good English. Choose a nice big spot in the sun. There are also places with partial shade and full shade. Plumbing is fine and enough showers and toilets.
