A great campsite from which you can easily explore the surrounding nature reserve with its beautiful cliffs and stunning bays. The town of Cassis is also worth a visit. Parking in that town is a nightmare, so a bike is a good idea. And a strong electric one at that, as it's quite a climb back to the campsite. The restrooms are fine. Clean, but without toilet paper or a toilet seat. A visit to Marseille is also easily accessible from the campsite.

The campsite itself is basic but not bad. When you drive there, you might wonder if it's going to work out, but it's actually a great spot. It's a 10-minute bike ride to the center of Mirepoix. The sanitary facilities are good, but the water isn't always warm. There's a nice little pool. If you arrive in the afternoon and reception is closed, call the number listed. They'll give you the gate code and let you find something yourself.

Beautiful campsite within walking distance of the center. Spacious places. Sanitary facilities a bit dated but clean and nice hot water. The campsite was almost empty at the end of April. Then there were plenty of showers. I have my doubts about high season. Friendly lady at reception.
