You check in at the entrance at a registration post and are then assigned a spot. We arrived around 6:00 PM and she came to us for payment for one night including electricity (GBP 24). The toilet block and showers are simple but clean. It is a lovely, quiet place near a lake.

Beautiful location on Loch Doon for a campsite! It has all amenities, and you can enjoy lovely walks from the campsite as well as in the surrounding area. Highly recommended!!

Really very friendly staff. It was no problem to park behind the Inn. To go to Dublin, you can get on the Dublin bus no. 70 (green/yellow) just in front of the Inn. You'll be there in a little over an hour, costs €2.60 (pay the exact amount). Furthermore, you can eat outside on the terrace when the weather is good. Menu not special, but more than sufficient. Opposite the Inn you'll find a Lidl and further on an Aldi. Great spot. We stayed there for 2 nights.

Got a very nice spot for 1 night despite not having made a reservation. Friendly help and there is also a space to sit quietly and buy local products. Great spot!

We stayed here for 2 nights last weekend and it was very good! Peter and José are nice, friendly people, who are happy to help. The campsite is also a good base for cycling in the area. Also the possibility to rent an (electric) bike at the campsite. The sanitary facilities are heated and with a push of a button in the shower you have 5 minutes of hot water to shower. Camping is highly recommended!!
