Beautiful terraced campsite, very steep roads. First look around and pick a suitable spot, then figure out how to park your camper there without wrecking the clutch or hitting a tree branch. Very neat facilities. Supermarket around the corner, open 7 days a week. Nice place as a base for walks.

Disappointing. We have left. The pitches are completely unsuitable for a camper. Too small with low branches and maneuvering through unpaved pasture. The access road is very steep with a tight bend past a barn. With sweaty palms, we made it back up without damage (campervan 6.0m). You have to book in advance via an app, so you don't know where you will end up. We have lost the money for the one-night booking.

Another beautiful spot by the river. Friendly people, nice facilities. Not four stars, not five, because facilities for campers are missing. You cannot dispose of grey water and flushing the toilet is not allowed.

We drove on. On the site, building materials, parked machinery, and a field full of sheep droppings. Sanitary facilities locked. No water. A sad state of affairs.

Great spot. The machine did issue a ticket this time. Unfortunately, previous visitors had dumped their trash next to the machine in the meadow. Let's be mindful of these kinds of places and take our trash with us, as we're kindly asked to do.

Great, approaching from the 258 is easy, better than from the 21. Had a nice motorcycle ride. It's great that places like this exist! Definitely coming back.

Great for a day or two of hiking/cycling. The facilities are okay. Toilets are fine, but the trash can is overflowing. We were the only ones there. It's completely packed.

You come here for the location. Not for the unfriendly reception or the lack of information on how to use the shower or toilets. Hospitality is a skill too!

Adorned in autumn colours it is a beautiful place. Sanitary clean. New well-sealed waste bin (against wild boars). Friendly people at the tourist office.

Great, old city within reach. 6.50 per day. Machine remembers your parking time, so adding a day is really 24 hours!! Sadama Turg is a surprising supermarket.

Nice location, beautiful view over water. Hardly any flat spots, so blocks needed. Sanitary facilities very limited. No facilities for the camper. For electricity you need a long cable. We paid €20 per night, camper & 2 people.

Facilities for campers are fine. The sanitary building is half finished. Possibly insufficient at full occupancy. Friendly manager, we spoke English.

In transit, a few places still available on Friday at 6:00 PM. The sound of the river is 'fantastic', we slept wonderfully. Facilities excellent, friendly manager. Could also pay with euros, one-to-one exchange rate, hospitable!

Fine starting point for walking / cycling. One shower and one toilet for 50+ places. For water and other camper service you have to go to the lower campsite. We paid fr58 per night (2 pers.)!!

You come here for tranquility and views, and that's the difference with the massive campsites in the area. Facilities are limited, eg no possibility to provide waste water or flush the toilet. Price is €30 per night without electricity and paying €2 separately for a shower is a lot!

Excellent facilities and a 40-minute walk from the center (or with the bus card included in the overnight stay). The massiveness of a city campsite is not something for us. Otherwise 5 *. 10% discount on the overnight stay with the NKC card.

Direct access road from the village very steep. No problem for our small bus camper. There would also be another approach route, our advice: inform in advance.

What a nice place on the river! Site completely in order and all facilities for campers! Walking distance to the village of Sneem. Nice shops, lots of options to eat. Various walks have been plotted, up to 14 km around.

You can use the parking space for € 10. There are no facilities for campers. We have let go of the offer for a shower at € 5 per person. Only the lower two places are fairly flat.

Unprecedented views of the sea with Great and Little Skellig Micheal. It is not clear whether it is a motorhome parking space or a parking space where overnight stays are not connected. At least had a wonderful night. Take the effort and look out the window at night and see the marker lights of the islands. Mythical!

As described. If it is possible to choose 'without electricity', you will arrive in section 'C', the quietest part of the campsite. We paid € 29, = and € 1 for each shower coin.

Fine manicured place within walking distance of town. Very clean sanitary. In essence, not set up for campers, no watering or taking, no electricity. That makes the price too high. Would this be a nine (9).

What an experience, staying overnight at the stand. Look carefully and ask about the high water line and a good deal higher parking. Find a place with hard surfaces so that you can leave the next morning. And ... no mess at the stand, really clean, tribute!

Nice place, view over bay, walking distance to Bantry. Should be an '8', were it not for the fact that the codes for the toilet are nowhere to be found and there is no possibility to dispose of waste. We got the codes from the neighbors, who were there more often and we left the bag of waste at the gas station across the street.

Nice place. On June 27 with one other camper and a few chilling youngsters. No nuisance. No info about that this is a camper place. Slept wonderfully with the sound of a single passing boat in the background

Great place, but a bit uncomfortable environment. Train sounds, I personally find no problem. Water can be found around the corner on the facade of the municipality building.

In the middle of the forest, what a rest. Hiking possibilities. Decently. In previous messages confusion about the coordinates. Have been driven to the CC reference. Still 50 driving and you find the parking / camper place. My TomTom gave as coordinates at the pole (see photo) N49.83856 E8.99447, so close to the entry in the app.

Stayed here for three nights to walk in this beautiful area. Site remains good despite heavy rain. Only downside: a NL gas pedal rider who had to drive with his BMW if necessary. Replacement shame for such behavior of fellow NL

Were here from 5-8 July 2017. Camper location next to / at Huttendorp. Beautiful flat pitches, partly on the water. Good facilities, clean sanitary facilities, etc. Many possibilities for walking. Owner can pick up or take your bus by payment (NOK 30 per person).

In one word fine. Spacious, tidy and everything works.

Great location for overnight stay. Number of electric points shoots too short for the number of campers. For us no problem. Pay via an envelope. The manager will issue a receipt later in the evening.

Camping in the 'B category' where we get the main price of Kr. 250 for paid. Facilities for campers like water discharging etc inconvenient. Sanitary and adjoining facilities messy and not clean or well maintained. We had a nice spot on the head of the pier overlooking the water. That makes the judgment a lean '6' without that view insufficient.

Parking on quiet road. Actually, it appears that this is not a camper place. Sanitary in building works, not clean. No possibility of taking or giving water. No electricity. Well containers for waste.

Beautiful location with fantastic views. In the left-hand section of spacious individual places. The distance to the electricity was too far for our cable. Sanitary, (laundry) and cooking facilities in old building dated, but clean. New construction not rated.

On arrival 'by chance' a spot in the official place. By tram to the center. Supermarket at the tram stop. Further desolate concrete slab with minimal amenities. Chronic shortage of places, there were 33 campers outside the grounds. Here you only come to visit Bergen.

20 to July 22, 2015: excellent site fine horizontal hard and dry patches. Beautiful views of Ben Nevis. You see the people like ants up the mountain on foot.

Stood at 13 t / m July 16. Excellent base for walks. Quiet safe place. Sometimes a little noise from people who come bring glass to the adjacent containers.
