A lovely spot with excellent facilities. The campervan pitches are positioned so that they face the Moselle River and the mountainside beyond. A railway line runs through here, and the train disappears through a tunnel into the mountain. It's a sight to behold. There's also a cassette cleaning machine that cleans and fills it with a non-chemical solution for first use. The only downside is the Wi-Fi. The signal is a bit weak and doesn't allow for secure connections like VPNs.

Considering the aforementioned road and rail noise, it is really better to use the place as a parking lot than as an overnight stay.

Great spot without facilities but with a small lake, right behind the hedge, where you can sit or swim.

The sanitary column has been closed since 13-11-2024 despite the exorbitant prices. A good alternative is the free camper places via France Passion. Also within walking distance of the city.

A large parking lot for buses and campers. Payment must be made in advance at the parking meter, stating the license plate number. For the night there is one special rate of €8,- valid until the next morning 10:00 o'clock

Great location with all amenities for a low price. The large authentic market on Sunday morning is already a reason to be here. Furthermore, enough cycling and walking routes with this camper place as a base.

For longer campers (>7 meters) it is indeed not or hardly possible. Otherwise no special place. The tap for flushing the toilet did not work.

You are simply not allowed to park here from May 1 to October 31.

Great place for an overnight stay. Relatively little traffic noise. Very interesting computer museum of Nixdorf. Bus stop next door and lines 9 and 14 take you to Westerntor, the start of the city. It's a shame that locals park their own campers here for long periods of time.

Location is great! A sign has been placed per spot stating that only campers are allowed to park. A picnic table has also been placed at each site. Handy. It's a pity that the municipality does not yet have an alternative to paying the, otherwise hefty, electricity price of NOK 200 per day. Agree with previous reviews.

The camper pitches are underwater due to the high water of the river. It is still a construction site and also noise pollution from a fiberglass factory that operates day and night. We drove on to parking lot 58.339471, 8.201295 on the other side of the Flakkefossen waterfall. Wonderfully free.

Great place on the water to stay in transit. The road is indeed audible, but we do not find it disturbing. The available garbage bin is also filled by local residents.

Still a great place! Sanitary area can be used again after the winter period. The ten camper pitches are actually barely enough now when you see how many campers try to get a spot. Fortunately, the parking lot in front of it is large enough to allow you to stand for a while until a space becomes available. The electricity costs €1 per 2 kWh, which is fine, but I have the impression that those 2 kWh are used up very quickly. Doubt the quantity delivered.

Great location to stay for a few days to visit the city and take walks in the area. The public toilets are 100 meters away and open during the day in winter. Unfortunately, this does not apply to the sanitary column and gray water. The latter has been made inaccessible with a boulder. Shame.

Not recommended. Been here and tried to park but it's really camper unfriendly. Lots of hassle to get there and location wise. Better find a place outside Königswinter and then walk or into the village by bike.

Great place near the Rhine boulevard. You can walk (1 km) into the city along the boulevard. Prices are now € 15 and unfortunately no waste bins. For that you have to be at the campsite (600 meters).

Pitches suitable for not too long campers (> 7 meters). Very noisy due to the road just above the motorhome. It is not idyllic because there are none from the motorhome view is on the SorpeSee while the photos do show that impression and intention. The price has now become €13.

The food truck is no more. Stroom works with chips. You get 12 hours of power for 1 chip. These cost €5 each, to be purchased at the gas station.

The camper place is directly behind the beach pavilion with toilet. A bit difficult to get there and indeed a bit noisy. Another disadvantage is that there are many regular cars as well as company cars. Close to public transport and within walking distance of Belem Monastery.

The toilet and shower are indeed substandard. But for the motor home, however, a great place with all sanitary facilities. There is sufficient power and separately fused for each output. And as already noted, a strategic location to visit Porto or Guimaraes by train.

The facilities are still there and it can now also be used as a motorhome. Not super cozy, but functional if you are passing through.

It seems very nicely laid out but it is a drama to get the camper in the box. This is because the sanitary facilities are at the end of the exit of the Intermache. All cars that want to leave must pass here. Hardly maneuvering through the opposite roof of the passenger car parking spaces. In addition, water is paid by credit card without it being known what the costs are and the number of liters of water you get.

Separate compartments for motorhomes have been laid out in a large parking lot. There is no electricity available on site. There is (paid) electricity at the sanitary point of the gas station. Here you can also stock up on water and discharge gray water and toilets. The place is not really cozy but ideal for transit.

Location is still as described and otherwise a great cozy place. The price has been increased to €10, with optional €2.50 electricity per day. Is also a member of Landvergnügen, so you can stand for a maximum of 24 hours without further costs if you are a member.

Everything fine! Both in terms of reception with information room about the area where there is also a toilet block. The pitches are semi-paved with grass on both sides. Water, drainage and chemical toilet drainage are easily accessible and neatly maintained. Furthermore, of course, a great base for the various activities in the area.

Nice place from here to make longer cycling or walking trips or to rent a boat from the neighbor. Woudsend itself is a 2200 meter walk and a nice place with Spar that is open every day. Manager Jaap and his wife do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and are happy to tell you what there is to do. Top! We will definitely come back!

Close to the beach and forest make you want to stay here. Beautiful location and great base for walking or cycling. The camper pitches themselves are on the narrow side. Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove an awning. The sanitary facilities are sufficient. The shower works on €0.50 coin for 5 minutes. However, shower head is fixed and water heat is not adjustable. Too bad that registration and payment is at a fixed time and there is no alternative.

We come here more often and have also been here on Ascension Day. Full house with campers for the first time. Good to do. Still a nice spot. Sanitary facilities in the main building are fine. WiFi and loading / discharging water and toilet remain a point of attention.

Friendly reception. Nice quiet places along the Twente Canal where it splits up for the direction Almelo or Enschede. Nice to see the big boats sail by. The sanitary facilities are good and clean. Sinks are placed (too) high. This problem is solved on site with stools. There is a community room with ample information about the area. Here you can also buy fresh products or make a cup of coffee.

Were here from New Years Day. Everything is fine and nice place. The four sanitary blocks, consisting of shower, sink and toilet, are cleaned twice a day. Will come back here for sure.

Great base for exploring Markelo and the surrounding area. The lawn has no fixed spots. There are two power points. For toilet and shower you have to walk a bit, but there is nothing else to criticize. Emptying water, sewage and chemical toilet is still a problem and can be temporarily used in the sanitary building. No WiFi. However, potentially a top spot. The friendly and enthusiastic owners will further perfect the motorhome for this.

Stood here again for transit to Italy. It remains a pleasant place to be. All amenities available and the village is nice. Plenty of walking opportunities.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Great base for Venice or Padua by train. Station at 2.2 km away. One-way ticket to Venice costs € 3.60. Friendly administrators who drop by a few times a day and also collect the stacks. € 6 per day and € 3 for electricity. Only thing that is missing is WiFi. That may come, I understood from the administrators.

Bayreuth is a beautiful city and there are many different festivities, especially in the field of music. Glad that this free camper place is still available. If there is something to do in the city, this mix of parking spaces will soon be full of campers, even in places that were not designated for this. Sani column is only meant for toilet cassette drain.

Great and free place provided by the municipality of Amberg. Only fresh water and electricity against payment. The fence around the camper place did not bother us. On the contrary, it ensures a good separation between the adjacent bicycle / walking path, park and the normal parking space for cars. Town is very nice and info with free map is available on the camper place.

Great place to visit the city on foot or by bike. There are also various shops and eateries in the neighborhood itself. You don't have to go into the city for that. Furthermore agree with other reviews.

Mix-parking with special places for campers. Wednesday is market day and no camper vans are allowed between 06:00 and 14:00. Special is the water tap on the other side of the parking where you can tap three types of water. To the right is a vending machine where you can buy fresh milk or buy different types of yogurt.

Parking space you can also spend the night. Roccobianca Castle is 200 meters away and is only open on Saturdays and Sundays.

Been here for two days. Costs € 10 and € 5 electricity per day. No further facilities. First day had a gutschein of € 10 for consumption in restaurant and also used. The second day we didn't get a gutschein for the reason that there was a party in the village ... Many motor home owners had some difficulty with this. The owner (der Chef) Sporthütte appears to be an unfriendly man. A pity, because place is fun!

Toilets only accessible via code lock but code is not provided when accessing location. The rate is € 1 per hour with a maximum of € 10 per 24 hours. Free entry and exit within half an hour is no longer possible. Pay at least 1 hour.

Great place to stand but also to make a trip to London! By bus (stop in front of the pub) or bicycle (8 km) to Manningtree Railway Station and from there in 50 minutes by train to London Liverpool Street. The owner Liz is very hospitable and helpful. There are more than enough camper pitches. At least 8 campers can easily stand here. Recommended!

Been here again for the Afrika Festival Hertme. Full and busy but compliments for the regular cleaning of the plumbing. Great!

Quiet motorhome on mix parking. Various waste containers and glass containers have now also been placed to collect waste separately. This means more traffic. Village has a variety of facilities.

I have stood here for the second time during the last Whitsun weekend. There was a wine festival in the village and winegrower Bach himself had a party tent. Nice live music, nice wine, food and home-made cake. Great and cozy! Of course you can also hear the noise on the motorhome spot (at 50 meters), but nobody really bothered about that.

Nice place to stand. Just out of the bustle of the nearby shopping center with the large supermarkets. Owner Julia is friendly and makes every effort to make motor home lovers happy. All facilities do it and the finishing touches are put to the finishing thereof.

Great place from here to view various activities such as the castle. The ticket column is indeed somewhat unclear. A Tagesticket of € 7 appears to be valid for at least 24 hours. Electricity costs € 1 per 12 hours.

We ultimately did not use this motorhome. If you can be present at Autostadt entrance before 10:30 a.m., you only pay € 12 for an online bookable e-ticket and € 10 for each additional person, with € 5 restaurant consumption credit per ticket. However, checking in for the motorhome is only possible from 12:00. We have been on the 'normal' P for € 6. Too bad, too much hassle.

Fairly quiet area right next to the relief and indoor swimming pool. The parking rates are now € 5 per 24 hours. The machine should swallow EC cards, but really does not like a maestro, visa or master card. Paid but with coins ...

Here stood at the beginning of April. Good base for Thorn and the surrounding area. No further facilities. That is very unfortunate because there is a lot to do in the immediate area. Now formally only three camper spots but mostly more campers present. Enough space for expansion! Clean task for the municipality.

For a day at Hameln it is a good place. Further agree with previous reviews. A special feature. If you want to flush chemical toilet after emptying, fresh water must be taken off at € 1. Not everyone does that with all (stench) consequences, too bad.

You can only stand up to 16 hours on the official camper section. You pay € 12, - for that. Campers must be parked side by side as shown. That is not going to happen with campers from about 6.5 meters which is parked across the parking lot. About 100 meters away, the same side, is also a free P zone Near U Bahn Schaumburgstraße, GVH TagesGruppenTicket € 10.20.

Excellent free camper place for only buses and campers. Has all facilities available. Only for fresh water and electricity € 1 must be paid by machine. Alttötting is a glittering place of pilgrimage with many churches and the 'must see' Gnadekappelle. Furthermore, much to see around the holy brother Konrad.

It is more than 6 km from the camper place at the museum in Værløse removed. Not really close or on a through road. All facilities available. Unfortunately, gray water has to pass through a hose.

Great place to stand. Shopping center 400 meters away. With the S train in half an hour in center Copenhagen. Tourist ticket 24 hours unlimited public transport for 1 adult costs 150 DKK. From Copenhagen back with S train A direction Farum. Get off in Værløse.

Agree with previous descriptions. However, the price is no longer correct. We paid 225 crowns for less than 24 hours. The nearby Saab museum is a must.

At first we were reasonably satisfied with this, but after a night no more sleep. We have been robbed during our sleep during the night. The cabin door is forced and thieves have quickly captured everything that was immediately in hand. We did not notice anything and did not do anything to us but it could have ended differently. The Swedish police were very friendly and helpful.

Nice location on the harbor. Sanitary simple and is not cleaned frequently. The accompanying restaurant is nicely decorated, cozy and has a magnificent view over the harbor and sea. The main meals (mainly fish) are good but the price and (far too) little. Here we also heard about other guests complaining. Unfortunately!

The motorhome was full and we could stand on the 'overflow' place. A parking lot across the motorhome and behind the petrol station. There was electricity and a trash can. No further facilities. Previous descriptions are correct. Entrance and access make a messy impression. Owner is friendly but is or wants to be everywhere. Shows themselves regularly at the camper and we were there alone ... Price is being boosted by all kinds of extras. Furthermore, good base for Dresden and fair is fair, we were fine.

A number of years have been here and this remains a beautiful and clean place to stand. Facilities are also fine and there is plenty to see so close to the lock. In whole Telemark, the camper pitches have risen sharply in price. Here too.

Been here several times. This will be a great base for visiting Oslo by metro Voksenkollen. Day ticket 24 hours applies to all public transport and costs 90 kronor.

Gorgeous place and also a nice historic town with old houses is Ely. With beautiful cathedral and house Oliver Cromwell. Place is along the track. During the day, noise is a problem but at night! Slept well

Perfect and quiet place to go for a trip to or from Harwich or Felixstowe. Paid £ 9 per night including water, drainage, chemical toilet and power. There is a toilet in a separate building, it smells a bit smoky and could be used for a refreshment.

In the forest near the safari park there is a wall-enclosed camperplace. Good and clean sanitary. Due to poor location of satellite and reach mobile phone. Near safari park with further hiking and cycling possibilities. Price in June 2017 was £ 28, - for motorhome and 2 people.

Excellent base to visit Vouziers area. The camper and sani area were built in 2017. Power is only available sani station and only charge per 20 minutes.

Left immediately after passing the barrier is sani station. Service area behind the building at the park. Now looked reasonable. Place is still free.

Been here on October 2 2016. Great place to visit Verona but unsafe. Surveillance camera only entrance. Watch out for theft and ensure that your night of have inside everything locked down. That night there was broken into five motor homes through doors and motorhome doors. Probably use children to do the "work". Police request does nothing on here ...

Great place to be and great to unwind. Facilities such as previously described. Around 18: 00h, the local butcher in a van along the motorhome.

In July stood three different dates in the motorhome at the campsite. However, you do not have the feeling of standing outside the camp because it still looks a whole. Cost € 10 per night and possibly € 0.50 per kWh of electricity. Further indeed a free beer (well ...) by the local brewery Alpirsbach offered by the friendly manager.

We were here in July 2016. Excellent place to stand a day and visiting Karlsruhe by tram. Family ticket OV (max. 5 persons), 1 day unlimited transport costs € 10.30 in buying the tram through machine.

Quite a nice town. The parking is tight for a larger motorhome. Water and public ladies and gents toilet present whose men at this time was closed. No chemical toilet drain. For 24 hours, you pay € 12. Want to be shorter with the camper, then you pay at least € 5. Something to drive and spend the night in Castellina in Chianti (€ 12 with electricity, water and chemical waste) is better.

As previous reviews already stated, but just grab the campsite. On the motorhome are no further facilities at no additional cost, so if you're on the € 23.80 we paid for 2 in April 2015. Sanitary building is new and well maintained. It is unfortunate that there are no toiletrolleb at the toilet and also lacks soap. Weather old-fashioned with a purse so on the campsite.

Fine place to stand several days. To the castles is to do well by bicycle, so about 3.5 km. What is less, it is the emptying of chemical toilet. That is only in the main building at the ladies and gents toilets. Not really useful and fresh. Similarly, the dropping of waste, which may only 1 place is poorly marked and is in the large building opposite the reception.
