After a not so warm welcome at the hotel we were summoned to log in via a QR code. It was all a bit unclear but at the reception nobody wanted to help us. Incomprehensible if you want to run such a large campsite. Too bad because the campsite is beautifully situated and the facilities for children are great. The toilets are downright filthy and stink. Incomprehensible, all campsites are full so customers come anyway.

Well very positive reviews. It is a city campsite. We stayed two nights but were bothered by a lot of noise from partying young people in the town. Showers were okay but the toilets where very dirty later in the day. Only 4 for a full campsite was very little. We had dogs with us. There is a small dog beach on the other side where they can swim for a while. A recommendation is the Blackstone restaurant in the town.

Very nice spot on a river. the campsite is run by two Rotterdammers who emigrated to Sweden 26 years ago. Everything spotlessly clean. Bring some wood yourself so you can light a lovely fire by the river. Drive down the road towards reindeer and you are almost guaranteed to see reindeer. There is a supermarket close to Renbiten where you can buy all kinds of delicacies made from reindeer meat. There is little to do in Idre itself in the summer.

What a fantastic spot. Don't be distracted by all those negative reviews. it is an oasis of peace. always space and you can sit and relax by the lake. we sat there for hours in the sun and swam with our dogs. If you bring your own wood, you can light a fire at one of the fire pits. sanitary facilities are a bit dated but clean and tidy. Highly recommended for an overnight stay or to relax.

Beautiful place. Upon arrival, drive a bit further and there are 6 beautiful camper spots. No facilities except a natural toilet. beautiful river and make a fire by the water in the evening. Be sure to bring your own wood because there is nothing left. Highly recommended if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Idre. We looked for reindeer, but they are difficult to find here in the summer.

Very nice view but terribly expensive for what is offered. sanitary facilities are clean but somewhat dated. In one day the temperature experience can range from 20 to -5. Bring enough winter clothing. Service is not very friendly. Camper spot is on a main road for 320 kroner without facilities. One night was more than enough for us.

A lovely spot with an extremely hospitable campsite owner. The price of 360 crowns is reasonable, but what a view and beautiful surroundings. Spotted elk just before the village. If you continue along the road you will come to a gravel path where you have a chance of seeing elk and, if you are lucky, a bear. sanitary facilities are completely fine, but I was never able to see it completely because I couldn't get the light on 🫢. On the left of the campsite there is a booth where you can light a fire

A beautiful camping spot on the water where you can swim. The super friendly Dutch owners provide a warm welcome and work hard to make you feel at home. A small disadvantage is the nearby busy road and the limited number of showers (2 for 5 crowns, don't forget your coins). Please also note that as a camper site user you do not have access to the sanitary facilities.

I briefly considered it, but it was too busy and too touristy. Very small spot on the asphalt. Nice fish auction. After an hour we drove on because of the massiveness and crowds.

If you like large luxury campsites, this is the place to be. There is even a dishwasher. It costs 50 euros per night but everything else including showers is free. Wonderful walking routes in the area. these start at a lake 500 meters down the road. We were on the water, but that had a disadvantage. after 4 p.m. you'll be blown away. Stone cold and impossible. Very busy in the evenings.
Sitecode: 107444
lovely spot by the sea. Wake up to the sounds of passing geese, waders and lapwings. There is a bird hide that overlooks the meanders of the brackish water. Even though there were almost 15 campers (maximum 10 allowed), it was very quiet and peaceful. Not many walking options, but the few paths you can walk are worth it in terms of bird splendor. you have to be self-sufficient.

I don't really understand the low ratings. We just came from Norway and have had much worse places there for higher prices. this place has a library for when the weather is bad. for children a miniature golf and trampoline. spacious kitchen with all the trimmings for 120 crowns. wonderfully quiet and everything clean. The owners do their very best.

stood on the water with fantastic views. we were there all alone in early August. Delicious!

cp at a youth hostel. pay either in cash or by credit card via a snack machine. excellent showers and toilets. Very busy in the evening with campers
Sitecode: 106599
Lovely free spot near the boat to norway. spacious parking spaces for the camper. beach 50 m and restaurants within walking distance. on the other side also place, but camping behavior is not allowed there. this means staying overnight in denmark but no tables outside bqq. only downside was noise from young people during the night.

great base for get to know the resin. from here there are beautiful walking and cycling routes that start opposite the campsite. there is a beautiful natural pool next to the campsite where you can enjoy a swim. sanitary clean and always equipped with music . it is former ddr with ditto uses such as complete rest and closing of the barrier between 1 and 3 pm. showers a bit dated but has its charm.
Sitecode: 27285
lovely campsite and ideally located to explore the moors. nice restaurant on the campsite with very reasonable prices. located next to a lake to let the dogs swim. only point of improvement is that when the campsite is full, the sanitary facilities fall short
Sitecode: 69808
nice place and well looked after. it's just not true that there is a beach nearby. the water and the mainland are separated by a wide stretch of reed over many km. beautiful cycling and walking in the area. almost too good to be true that this is free. we will come back for sure
Sitecode: 22083
luxury campsite with excellent and clean sanitary facilities. even a dog shower. for 200 crowns you can do without facilities for the cp. for 370 you are at the campsite on the water between ducks, rabbits and hedgehogs in the evening. nice place but now very very busy. recommended is the teba in the village. A very large and special pet store. You can also enjoy a lovely walk from the campsite. Unfortunately, the crowds are a thing when we were there, hence 4 stars

A BIT DISAPPOINTED. Driven by all the good reviews to stay here. I can imagine it's nice if you belong to the 'happy few' who have a place at the lake. In the high season there is a very good chance that you will be standing next to each other on an overcrowded field. A lot of noise. I have added some pictures that show that there were at least 3 times more campers than indicated on the signs. quickly gone after 1 night.
Sitecode: 99272
Wonderful place to relax for a while. nice walking and cycling in the area. Reservations are recommended during the season. friendly caretaker who comes to chat. you can also buy wild boar sausages from her that are shot locally. A nice detail is the sunbed that you can use for free. a small disadvantage is that the toilet and shower are in one room, so you have to queue in the morning. only one toilet for both sexes
Sitecode: 81791
lovely quiet place. plumbing, however, somewhat dated and a bit too little if the camper place is full (one shower, one toilet) so you have to shower early if you want hot water. the saloon is funny but we never saw anyone inside. Also clay pigeon shooting was not possible because there were guests with dogs. nevertheless a great base for a nice bike ride to spot the lakes or moose (around karmansbo).
Sitecode: 53660
Great campsite for an overnight stay. very expensive for the region: 35 euros. sanitary dated but clean. difficult to walk dogs alone. campsite is on a busy road and you can't go anywhere. what is nice is a cafe close to the campsite. from the campsite you go left and right up is a gravel road. it opens onto a beautiful vantage point where there is a café restaurant. It is walkable. otherwise it is a busy family campsite
Sitecode: 78749
fantastically beautiful place. beautiful view over the lake. If it's full, don't worry. drive back to the road and take the other exit. you can stand all along the lake. on the lake are pearl divers, ospreys and terns. wonderful place to have a swim, eat and enjoy the spectacular sunset. no facilities so make sure you are sufficiently prepared
Sitecode: 95038
It is a very funny camper place built from recycled material. you have to prepare for that when you come here. for 20 euros you stand between the chickens and geese and you have to go along with the lifestyle of the owner who is very funny. you get a banana on arrival and ingredients to make a banana pancake. that's where the name of the cp comes from. don't expect luxury but you have so much fun I give it 5 stars.
Sitecode: 58751
beautiful but very full campsite. if you don't need electricity, a spot at the back of the campsite by the water is recommended. beautiful sunset. very nice family showers that work with a ticket. 2 crowns per minute. camping is very expensive (55 euros for a camper with two people). good to do with dogs with different outlet places. Copenhagen is within reach by train from Roskilde
Sitecode: 95720
lovely place next to the bridge and on the fjord. The water is accessible from a jetty and you can enjoy swimming. bread service and the most beautiful sanitary facilities we encountered on our trip. reasonable at the price for an overnight stay (50 euros for a motorhome with three people). ideal place as a base for a bike ride. also beautiful fields for a walk with the dogs.
Sitecode: 57947
mega large campsite right on a dog beach. plumbing gorgeous but heavy on the price. 65 euros for a night with two dogs, three people on a peak small spot. We didn't have much choice because everything was full but not really recommended
Sitecode: 10338
nice camping / camper place with super helpful caretaker. Beautifully located for a starting point for a walk or bike ride. There are many seasonal spots on the campsite, which may make the adjacent motorhome a bit more attractive for motor home owners. nice and very clean sanitary. We will definitely visit this place again.
Sitecode: 98095
A starting campsite. sanitary facilities are new but could be cleaner. the places for campers and caravans are small and you are standing on rubble. that was a little less comfortable. nice shop and bar on the campsite. also ideally located for a visit to Ypres or to view the many sights of the First World War.
Sitecode: 71943
beautiful campsite with good and clean sanitary facilities. The shop with local products is really worth a visit. ideally situated near the red and black mountain with beautiful opportunities for walks. places are very big. Unfortunately, there were few opportunities to walk the dog. you are right on a busy road but otherwise a great campsite. wifi is provided but not very strong signal.
Sitecode: 97843
beautiful campsite with camper pitches on a river. from the village, with nice restaurants, there are various hiking options. the manager is very friendly and speaks good english. there are new sanitary facilities up hill which are fairly clean. really nice place with nice possibilities for trips. visitors are mainly French
Sitecode: 75257
because of the good reviews we went here. it disappointed us. you are indeed close to a lake, but there are many locals that can also enter the motorhome pitch. it is on an industrial estate overlooking a brick factory. place didn't really feel safe and pleasant and was therefore reason to swallow the 18,50 euro loss and leave again
Sitecode: 18648
Great place to visit Mont Saint Michel by bike. It is 5 km away. nice restaurants nearby but next to electricity no facilities. meanwhile 16.50 with electricity and dump option. It's actually a parking lot
Sitecode: 78907
nice but pricey campsite. There are about 30 camper spots with a sea view. sanitary is good and clean. the beach has a lot to offer. at ep you can find and eat cockles yourself. in high season there was still plenty of room
Sitecode: 71608
it is a reasonable sized site with a number of nice spots right on the beach. Other than that I can't say much positive. plumbing is downright filthy which shouldn't be in corona time. the manager completely ignored us on arrival and rips across the campsite leaving a cloud of dust behind which we then inhaled. beach is fantastic and great for the dogs but we left because of the disadvantages
Sitecode: 24546
very nice place. We thoroughly enjoyed the water. swam with the dogs. lovely walking path along the IJssel. absolutely fine. We don't understand why this was rated bad by a predecessor.
Sitecode: 10290
Nice place on the edge of the heather. If you are on time you can left for parking and you have a brilliant view. Furthermore, only limited facilities so arrive with a full battery and water tank. Nice base for walks and bike rides.
Sitecode: 55340
Top spot. Wonderful base for the natural park. Wonderful opportunities for walking and cycling. Every evening around 9 o'clock cranes fly over the campsite. Sanitary is somewhat dated and toilet and shower are separated by a thin wall. However, this is amply offset by the restaurant that serves delicious and cheap food. It can be busy but we had a lot of privacy.
Sitecode: 527
Lovely spot on the beach (pebble) with unparalleled sunset. Dogs are allowed on the beach. The only downside is the crowds and massiveness on the campsite. Price was 33 euros for one night. If you find this too expensive, you can also drive on and spend the day on a sandy beach on the headland and drive to a cheaper place. The fish restaurant in the village is a must
Sitecode: 531
Great place. From the camping spot you can walk to Komingstuhl chalk cliffs. Along the water you will see mergansers and fallow deer when you are quiet. Small restaurants in the village. Camping boss is friendly and speaks Dutch. Nice walking with the dog even when it is warm. The only downside is that everything has to be paid extra for (dumping, water and shower 2 euros)
Sitecode: 3634
Very busy camp site wn pretty much the price. No less than 29 euros for a small spot. The crowds made it difficult to keep a distance of 1.5 meters. No 4G or internal. Most facilities were also closed (wellness, fitness). Also not a nice place to walk dogs. Real motor home owners would be better off lying this place. If you're traveling with kids, the play areas may be fun.
Sitecode: 57568
Wonderful place with top facilities. Beautiful routes for cycling and walking. Here they discover how beautiful the Netherlands is. Everything present; clean sanitary facilities, shower and also furnished coroproof
Sitecode: 65970
Lovely place among the cows. Extremely spacious and lots of space. The host is extremely friendly and also treated us to wine and schnapps in the log cabin. The only thing missing is a shower but otherwise really great. The dogs were allowed to play and play with the farm dog.
