Beautiful campsite, beautiful location. Sanitary facilities are fine. Friendly staff. Wonderful walking and cycling. Just a pity that you have to pay extra for showers and Wi-Fi. If you go here, be sure to eat a big ice cream at the bottom of the Camerig.

A lovely, small-scale campsite with spacious pitches. The welcome was more than warm. The sanitary facilities are very clean, with lovely hot showers. You can hear the main road a bit, but it's not bothersome. Havelte has an Albert Heijn supermarket. It's a beautiful area with plenty of cycling and hiking opportunities in all directions. Deer can be seen every evening (bring binoculars).
