Nice, quiet camper site. Very friendly owners. Affordable. The bathroom is a small one - very clean, excellent shower head. It has to be shared with everyone, so there's often a bit of a queue to go to the toilet/sink/shower. There's a nice village nearby.

I would definitely recommend the places on the water, hedges have been replanted but still need to grow. The places on the street side are a bit less beautiful. There is some difference in size between the places. Owners are friendly. The campsite looked a bit messy in the spring, maybe there is still some building to be done. Sanitary facilities are modern, but could be cleaned a bit more often, same as the washing up area

Beautiful castle. Places separated by hedges, but all close together. Grass could be mowed and many playground equipment were broken. Sanitary neat. Takeaway (pizza and fish and chips) was really not tasty and dripping with grease. Tip: there is a super delicious couscous restaurant in the town with a friendly owner

Beautiful pitches among the trees. Despite the large campsite, there is certainly no feeling of being on top of each other. We found the swimming area a bit disappointing. It's fun in the evening when the day-trippers have gone home to play on the playground. Sanitary facilities clean, but somewhat outdated.

Nice campsite, ideal for visiting Amboise. Reception open late, there was still plenty of room for us. We didn't think the sanitary facilities were great

The campsite indeed has a much older impression than the website suggests. It seems as if the campsite is still under construction. Large field, therefore lots of space. Sanitary clean

Nice campsite, ideal for visiting Chauvigny. Beautiful places. Tip: the sanitary building towards the tent field is much more modern than the central sanitary building.

Beautiful sanitary facilities, we had a very nice spot around midfield. There are also less beautiful places, you have to have some luck. Many play areas for the children and a small swimming pool

Somewhat outdated campsite, little to do. Beautiful municipal swimming pool next to the campsite that you can use

quiet camper place, half an hour's walk to the city. Online reservation was not possible, but it was possible on site at the column. Grass can sometimes be mowed. The Plinius bath is highly recommended

Simple campsite, somewhat outdated sanitary facilities. Not too big spots. Close to the road. Swimming pool, football field, playground, trampoline, fitness equipment.

Very friendly managers. Spacious pitches, but little separation between the pitches. Nice pool, but outside pool few play options. Not so much to do in close proximity

Friendly managers. Quite pricey, place can be chosen by yourself. Clean sanitary facilities.

Very friendly managers. Spacious pitches, but not so flat. Swimming pool and playground. Sanitary ok

Beautifully maintained campsite. Lots of play options. Spacious pitches, super clean sanitary facilities. We experienced the owner a bit less friendly. Good price - quality for this region

Big, beautiful places. We had a lot of wasps. Small playground. Friendly manager, check in via column. Supermarket nearby for purchases. Surprisingly beautiful city, easily accessible by public transport (stop at motorhome parking). No plumbing

We parked there to visit the geyser. 4 euros for a day ticket and for us it took a while before we found where we could pay (a blue barrack) Indeed little structured, so it was also a bit of searching how we could get back from the place

We parked there to visit Trier. Very cheap: 1.60 euros to stand for a whole day. Lots of shade and neat place. System with card is self explanatory. Sights Trier are nicely explained, the same as the bus connection from camper place to the center. Be careful, not all lines 3 pass at the Parkplatz, only the one towards Igel, which makes it a bit confusing

For 1 night we got a place on the field between tennis court and football field, adjacent to a communal parking lot, but we don't mind that with our three boys. We shared the square with another caravan. Friendly owner, who you usually find in the restaurant.

Reception is open to a limited extent, but if you arrive after 6 pm you can simply choose a spot. Pay only after 10am. possible in the morning and after a number of 'ringing'. Very clean sanitary facilities, nice Italian on the campsite where you can also pick up, but not very friendly. We experienced the campsite as busy. Lots of wasps and small flies. Discharge chemical toilet via automatic 'camping butler' which ours did not fit on. In the morning you can just pour into the well.

We asked to be on the field and were almost alone. Sanitary basic but very clean, although this may have been because the field is little used. The evening and morning we were there there was a lot of noise and even arguing at the reception. No supermarket in the village

Friendly owner, not expensive, 29 euros with five, electricity included. We stood on stones and were allowed to put our table and chairs on the lawn. Next time I would ask to be allowed to stand on the fields. Especially permanent places. Pay for shower. Nice evening walk around the lake. Very handy with Lidl within walking distance

Modern campsite with well-maintained sanitary facilities. Electricity and barrier with electronic ticket. Outside reception opening hours you can visit the restaurant. Possibility of bread service. Sufficiently spacious places, too bad you can't choose yourself, we would have preferred to be on a field. From the campsite you can walk to the Rhine via a short hiking trail. No problems with the trains or the dogs present

oops ... closed ... this on April 3, 2022. It is open for regular guests / mobile homes. Regrettable.
