Very well-maintained campsite that, due to its location, is not suitable for larger campers. You can take the train to Bilbao or other destinations very cheaply within a 15-minute walk. Purchase a ‘barik’ card and you can travel to Bilbao for 1.50 euros. (At every station, you will find friendly staff willing to provide information about this.) Location close to the sea; the nearby towns are also definitely worth a visit. Sanitary facilities are well-maintained. Excellent swimming pool.

Free, very friendly owners. Pleasant tasting with interesting explanations about the vineyard. Definitely worth it, though it is a bit far from shops etc.

A great small-scale campsite with a friendly owner. The shop is a bit further away, but the area is fine. You can only pay in cash at the campsite. We had a very successful trip on Le train de Rune.

Well-maintained campsite, a pity the sanitary facilities are closed. Not much to do and in the morning indeed a lot of noise from F- jets taking off—so many jets. But certainly good as a stopover!

We stayed here at the end of August and were the only guests. Our dog could run freely around the yard and, what's more, she was also welcome during the visit to the local castle of Ussé. Because the owners' children were not yet in school, the house was accessible for the sanitary facilities all day long. Very friendly hostess!

Great place if you're just passing through. Let the owner know in advance, and they'll help you upon arrival. No amenities, but there is electricity. We paid €6 cash for three adults and a dog, but no electricity.
