Spacious quiet place in a nice town. No loiterers. A fine Italian restaurant in the Lindengasse 15: “Marino”. Italian and German dishes. Excellent quality, inexpensive and friendly service. This is worth a detour.

Nice, quiet place near the city wall. Within walking distance of the nice town with shops, cafes and restaurants. Beautiful lake and cycling routes in the area and to the border river Oder.

In an attempt to connect our camper here to the power supply, we noticed that the connections nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8 do eat the money, but do not supply electricity. The connections nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 work great. We have reported this problem to the Tourist Information. They had already reported this to the municipality in January 2019. The municipality has still not done anything with this so far.

This free motorhome is great! Nice and quiet and not far from the city center with shops and restaurant. The Kuhschwanzfest is celebrated every year from Friday before Pentecost to Tuesday after Pentecost. The large funfair is then on this motorhome site (see photo).

We were at this place on May 24, 2018, because on our usual motorhome "Am Volkshaus" in Eisfeld were the trailers of the annual fair. Every year from Friday before till Tuesday after Pentecost Kuhschwanzfest and funfair in Eisfeld. Excellent overnight at this mix-parking
