Great spot for dune and beach lovers; in the dunes and about 100 m from the sea, with little else to do or explore in the surrounding area. The pitches are small and the ground is hard (made of crushed rubble mixed with sand). The sanitary facilities are good. Electricity is available and there is a water tap at almost all pitches. On the pricey side as far as I'm concerned, but you are probably paying mainly for the location.

Great if you are passing through and looking for a spot for one night. Just park, sleep, and leave, and don't expect anything else. There are a few spots with electricity, but in our case, they were occupied, partly by campers that hadn't even plugged in their power.

Stayed here for three nights with the camper. Quiet surroundings. Reasonably spacious pitches for campers. It is about a 35-minute walk to the Westerland boulevard. The sanitary facilities are clean but outdated. The same applies to the small restaurant and the shop. There are plans to renovate in autumn 2026. The value for money is good and the staff is friendly. A great place to explore Westerland and the beach there in particular.

We stayed at Braamburg for one night in the second half of November. Wonderfully quiet; we were the only ones. That might have had something to do with the weather (2°C with occasional strong winds and rain). A typical farm campsite, everything a bit dated but clean and atmospheric. A very friendly welcome. We paid €21.50, which I think is reasonable. Excellent location so close to the water with a small beach and restaurant. We'll likely return again.
