A very nice, tidy campsite with electricity, toilets, cassette toilet disposal, large trees, level pitches, directly on the Regnitz River, 10 minutes to the beautiful town, with many walking paths around the site – perfect for those with dogs. A sports field is right next door. €9 for 24 hours, 50 cents per kWh of electricity. Cash and debit card payments accepted, but the machine does not give change. Highly recommended. Arriving in the morning is advisable, as it fills up by the afternoon.

A small campsite on a rural hill, about 2 km from Forchtenberg. Nice, clean restrooms, a common room with a foosball table, and refrigerators with drinks and snacks. Cashless payment is available at the terminal in reception. Large, graveled pitches with adjacent meadows. Near the Tyrolean lakes, there's a lawn (dogs are not allowed) and a kiosk. Recommended for those who don't need a lot of hustle and bustle.
