Beautiful place, very quiet at night (there were no parties when we were there). We enjoyed it so much that we stayed an extra night. Nice playground, walking trails, and sandy beach for playing and swimming. Restrooms are clean, you can empty the toilet, and water is available. One star was deducted because there's no gray water disposal.

Nice, quiet place. Pay (7 euros) at the machine only with coins or German EC card. Drain accessible with some stitching and an apple tree that the passenger has to hold aside for a moment. Otherwise highly recommended. tip: pizzeria in the village is very unfriendly - skip it.

Beautiful place on top of the Kreuzberg with beautiful views and quite quiet at night. The uneven ground is well compensated with ramps. No facilities and therefore one star less, otherwise excellent.
Sitecode: 104319
Quiet, peaceful place, nice for an overnight stay. Almost no facilities available, although we did find a tap in a toilet building for some water for washing dishes. Electricity paid. Payment for the camper place can be made in cash or via PayPal.

Nice, new camper place with spacious spots and an excellent system with self-service check-in. But: all services are paid on top of the 19 euro overnight price, town is reachable via a 20 minute walk. There is constant noise from traffic, leaving is comparable to the feeling in your head when you turn off a vacuum cleaner or extractor hood. We put this on our blacklist.

Shame: such a beautiful place, so quiet, nice village, opposite the visitors center. Then all night noise from passing (heavy) traffic and church bells that strike every quarter with a special extra long serenade at 6.00. Doesn't do the fantastic place justice, very unfortunate!

Reasonably large, flat places, near a beautiful Kurpark. We found it too massive and a shame to see only stones and campers around us, surrounded by nature. All facilities are there. Currently swarming with wasps.
Sitecode: 98052
Beautiful location within walking distance (15-20 min.) of a very well-kept village. Water, no drainage and therefore 4 stars. Indoor playground very nice with small children. There is even an outdoor area with water, nice and refreshing on hot days. Tip: after 17:30 entrance playground for half price. We stayed two nights instead of the one planned night.

Free, quiet, surrounded by nature. Mountain views. Nice, spacious playground opposite and a small shop within walking distance. Good starting point for activities in the area. Sani column of Eurorelais a little further away, operated with a coin available at the Office du Tourisme, a 2-minute walk away.

At first glance it really is a parking lot. Once you are there, you experience greenery, river and tranquility. In the distance you hear a main road, but that is not disturbing. Village is not much, Colruyt supermarket within walking distance. No facilities available.
Sitecode: 14024
Not the quality we are used to from Camping Car Park: located near a busy road (traffic clearly audible from 3.30 am), very small crammed pitches (camper 7.40m hardly fit into compartments), poorly accessible entrance. Next to a small park with a swimming lake and basic playground.

Spectacular 360 views, even when it's cloudy. The sunset was also beautiful. No facilities, but plenty of paved and free places. We were here on Pentecost weekend with about 20 campers/vans and some tents. Too bad about the early screaming children around us and the campers urinating in public, otherwise one of the most beautiful places we have ever slept.

Dull village, but my husband had read 'De Renner' by Tim Krabbรฉ and then you really have to go here. Neat, somewhat sloping places next to the sports hall. Toilet discharge was possible, clean water column did not work. Fairly quiet at night, playground on the doorstep.
Sitecode: 62072
Quiet, well maintained and excellent (free!) facilities. Supermarket and bakery within walking distance in the village. We slept very well here.

What a nice campsite: spacious, green, quiet. Beautifully situated in the woods, yet near a village. Beautiful walking routes and a great, large playground with something for every age. Sanitary facilities a bit outdated, but that shouldn't spoil the fun; it is clean. Helpful owners.

Beautiful surroundings, spacious, excellent sanitary column (works on two 2 euro coins). Restaurant at the parking lot, in the residential area across the street there is a large playground for small children and teenagers. Recommended!

Saw a camper, the other places were full of cars, probably from the apartment building next door. The gray water drain is still there, but whether it works: I have no idea. No further facilities available. We got the impression that this place died a silent death.

Beautiful place, almost idyllic (partly due to the unmown grass on the pitches) with a view of the Mont Ventoux. Very quiet until at 4.30 am a farmer came to spray his poison over the adjacent vines with a tractor.
Sitecode: 48072
The facilities will probably be fine, but what does this look like? You can park there. In a row. We drove on.
Sitecode: 113459
Spacious, quiet, green. Within walking distance of a fairly lively village. Pitches paved with gravel, some pitches in shade and many in full sun. Beautiful view, located next to a small chateau.
Sitecode: 108735
Half of the pitches are unpaved, but otherwise nothing to complain about. Treey and shady, in a quiet park with playground. Google Maps has difficulty with the correct route: go around the sports fields, not through the tree-lined avenue that Maps suggests.
Sitecode: 109981
Actually 5 stars, but fairly new and therefore little to no shade. That was not nice in 28 degrees. Furthermore, within walking distance of the center with Saturday market, excellent facilities and spacious pitches.
Sitecode: 1951
Well priced, quiet, you can walk straight into the village and have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. All facilities available. Too bad about the two profiteers who spent the night outside the barrier and casually came to empty two (!) cassettes in the morning.
Sitecode: 102112
Beautiful place in a beautiful old village. Facilities as described below can apparently only be used with a token available at the bar (not indicated). Not convenient with two small children as both bar and restaurant are closed upon arrival at 5:30 PM. We drove on after an hour; water almost empty and toilet almost full. Too bad, apart from temporary construction traffic, very quiet.
Sitecode: 63902
Quiet campsite, quite remote. Showers with a shower curtain, not really nice if a woman is alone in the toilet block. Sanitary facilities ok, look reasonable and are quite clean. Loose spot with dangerously protruding curbs to drive on and the only tap available is above black water. Friendly owners and nice green surroundings.
Sitecode: 108697
Neat place, albeit at an angle. When we were there there was one other camper. There are no places marked, so you can just position yourself where you are comfortable. Facilities available (no electricity), wonderfully quiet, beautiful greenery around it. You walk straight into the village, around the corner is a playground.
Sitecode: 57889
The photos show beautiful places with trees, but we were placed on a large football field full of Spanish caravans including buildings. Large, not clearly marked pitches, total lack of privacy due to views from all sides. Many facilities, new sanitary facilities on the field. Definitely fine if you come during the week in the early season and can avoid Spanish families on holiday. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but left after 1.
Sitecode: 98696
Free, located in a beautiful green spot. You can cycle or walk straight up the Via Verde or reach the town in 5-10 minutes in the other direction. Excellent compartments and many picnic tables, a bit tight for our camper (7.30m). No facilities and waste separation is done further down the road. Excellent for a night. The place deserves to be fully put back into use.
Sitecode: 10426
Neat camper spot with many places. Quiet at night, but many people (especially Dutch) start driving again early (7.30 am), which wakes everyone up. You shouldn't count on the bus, but it is an easy walk to the center. Back you pay about 9-10 euros for a taxi.
Sitecode: 106060
As far as we are concerned, a 6-star campsite. Incredibly luxurious with real hospitality. Excellently maintained and spacious sanitary facilities, fairytale forest on the campsite, beautiful reception, restaurant and terrace. Bread sales from restaurant. Some negative points (not insurmountable): unpaved, sloping places and discharge area especially suitable for a passenger car - so remove waste water bucket by bucket. Village easily accessible by bike, beautiful view.
Sitecode: 101476
Very well-kept, new camper spot on the edge of the village. Getting in is quite easy if you can read, the computer even works in Dutch. Slightly gruff manager walks around and answers questions, but does not speak to people about nighttime noise or setting up a party tent. Nice playground and picnic tables. At night, of course, dogs barking in the residential area next door.
Sitecode: 57865
Well maintained, but pricey for the glorified camper spot at the beginning of the campsite. Because of the rain we were referred to these paved areas, which should actually have a different price tag than elsewhere on the campsite. Places are also quite narrow. The awning would not be possible during busy periods, but it costs 32 euros per night incl. electricity in the early season. Nice, hot showers. We skipped the indoor pool at 20 degrees.
Sitecode: 106719
Beautiful! In the middle of the village, without barking dogs. Spacious pitches surrounded by freshly planted greenery with beautiful views on all sides. Very well maintained and new sanitary facilities, washing machine, dryer, playground, picnic tables.
Sitecode: 19456
Excellent free camper spot within walking distance of the old center. Quiet at night, the only criticism (and 4.5 stars is not possible in Camper Contact): there is only one tap for clean water and cassette rinsing.
Sitecode: 65736
Nice campsite at first glance, with neat sanitary facilities. Walking distance from the village and a playground on the camping site. What disappointed us: we paid 29 euros for 2 people, 1 child and electricity. Anyone could just enter the campsite: children waiting at the neighboring riding school were playing screaming on the campsite, a Roma family arrived very late at night without paying - it didn't feel quite right for the price.
Sitecode: 54633
We were the only guests at this green campsite. Wonderfully quiet, good sanitary facilities with a nice hot shower. Perhaps outdated, but everything will eventually come back into fashion... Beautiful walk around the lake that has several beaches and waterfalls. Very nice with small children. For campers longer than 7m, it is quite a bit of maneuvering, you also take up 1.5 spaces. If it is quiet, no problem. No shops nearby.
Sitecode: 22148
Beautifully located place, excellently cared for by a hostess with catering talent. One of the most beautiful camper spots we have been to - but you cannot call it a campsite. Not very suitable for young children due to the lack of space to move around. Walking distance from the church and stairs that Lamego is known for. We were told that reservations are common, so take advantage of it!
Sitecode: 95766
Slightly messy, but nice and green and quiet (April) campsite on a nice river where you can cool off in the heat. Shady places for enthusiasts, walking distance from a village without facilities. The campsite restaurant bakes fresh sandwiches. Sanitary facilities outdated, nice shower, old-fashioned with the toilet roll under the arm to the toilet.
Sitecode: 78697
We thought about 1-2 nights, but it turned out to be 4. What a nice place: well cared for, relaxed, fresh and new sanitary facilities. Cycling to the village and nearby beaches is easy, but the driveway is a bit steep. Friendly and helpful owners.
Sitecode: 73008
We arrived here full of expectations because of the rave reviews. Beautiful places in a neat park with playground. Still, our stay was disappointing: electricity is only available for the lower places, all water points have no tap and therefore do not work, there are no garbage bins and the main road is indeed quiet... between 12:00 AM and 4:30 AM.
Sitecode: 73148
Nice and quiet in the early season (except for permanent caravans), nice choice of different types and sizes of pitches. The large sanitary building downstairs was renovated, as was the swimming pool. There is an outdated and smelly building upstairs, but we assume that this will also be addressed in the long term. Wonderful showers with good temperature, fine jet and not such an irritating push button. Staff very friendly and nice village within cycling distance.
Sitecode: 50752
Conveniently located for visiting Cascais by bike or Lisbon by public transport. Lots of mosquitoes in early April. Sanitary facilities very old but reasonably clean. Places can be selected yourself and are of different sizes. Quite expensive for what is offered, but still cheaper than a hotel in the village. The bus to Cascais stops in front of the door, but to quote Shakira, he comes โwhenever, whereverโ.
Sitecode: 108272
Beautiful, quiet and well-kept place surrounded by greenery and a sea of flowers (end of March). Everything you need, beautiful views in all places and you can walk through nature around the camper place. Helpful owner who also speaks English. Recommended!
Sitecode: 6647
Neat campsite with spacious pitches, well priced with ACSI. Outdated but clean sanitary facilities, lots of sand, but no problems getting out even after heavy rain. Friendly and helpful staff.
Sitecode: 108048
5 stars for the view, 1 for everything else. Beautifully landscaped free camper spot without facilities, surrounded by dog poop. From Tuesday to Wednesday many young people loitering with cars, loud music and shouting. According to reviews on Park4night, we were lucky, because this lasted 'only' from 9 p.m. to 1.30 a.m. Stopping here for lunch is a good idea, then continue with screeching tires.
Sitecode: 58692
Very well-maintained campsite with friendly staff and clean sanitary facilities. We paid 5 euros extra for an extra spacious pitch, which actually turned out not to be much larger than the 'normal' pitches. That was the only downside. Village within cycling distance with bakery and playground.
Sitecode: 58865
5 stars for the location, 2 for the campsite. We were here at the beginning of March. The camper pitches were uneven with low branches (alcove camper) and muddy. The sanitary facilities were clean but outdated, many seasonal pitches including enormous construction work on awnings. However, if you step outside the campsite, you will find yourself at a beautiful lake with an urban walking path to a nice town. That part is definitely worth it.
Sitecode: 57849
Large campsite in nature, spacious pitches with somewhat disappointing views. When you make a reservation you are assigned a spot, which is a bit strange when all other spots are empty. For a campsite aimed at children, the playground was very small. The adventure park is probably fun with teenagers. We were now the only non-Spanish tourists in the pre-season, we felt a bit overlooked.
Sitecode: 60471
The campsite where you don't actually want to leave a good review because the peace and quiet in the preseason is so nice ๐ . What a wonderful place: spacious, very clean and heated sanitary facilities, surrounded by greenery with a lake within walking distance, friendly and helpful owners and a nice play area for the little ones. We stayed one night longer than planned because of the relaxed atmosphere.
Sitecode: 30367
Beautiful campsite, with probably spacious pitches on the 'upper deck'. Shady but narrow places below. As a result, with a large camper there is hardly any room to sit outside and your (noisy Spanish) neighbors on your lap. Clean sanitary facilities. The old town within walking and cycling distance of the campsite is definitely worth a visit. The town also has a spacious playground.
Sitecode: 13505
Beautiful, quiet overnight stay with well-maintained sanitary column. Would come again in a heartbeat! Useful to know with (small) children: there is little to do in the village, including no playground.
Sitecode: 27488
A paradise for children! Plenty of play opportunities, both on site and indoors. Rural location with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay with the camper.
Sitecode: 25035
Our very first camper experience was a night at Ons Plekske this week. What a great place to start camping! Very well maintained grounds, quiet surroundings, pleasant atmosphere and excellent price. We couldn't have done better.
