Houses are currently being built on this spot... so not a camper site but a construction site! Just drive on. Nice place to see and stay, so hopefully there will be a replacement?

The navigation sent us onto the Polderweg, soon a forest path full of holes that led to a Scouting terrain. Apparently belongs to the Kluis. Camping fields, fire pit, parking lot, etc. No camper places seen, but a playground and fun climbing structures for adventurous children….

The navigation sent us into the Polderweg, a forest path full of holes that ended at a Scouting site. There were camping fields and a parking lot, further on a main building with ‘reception’ and a chapel. Everything a bit of faded glory of the RK scouting, but perhaps exciting for children. Campfire site and climbing frames, don’t expect any luxury. We didn’t find the camper sites….

Beautiful facilities but the pitches are right next to the service area. Today unfortunately a terrible pit smell... In addition to the 6 official places, the French campers also park in the spacious parking spaces next to them. Next to a kind of railway museum, in the former station building is the Tourist Information.

This CP is sweltering on a hot day. When we got here, the computer-controlled barrier was on tilt and we couldn't get in. So we drove on.

Beautiful camper place on the edge of the village on the harbor. Bakery within walking distance, cycle route to Decize and Nevers. Shower, toilet and washing machine available, new and clean. Spacious places on the grass along the waterfront, sun and shade. The sanitary column at the entrance is also a digital 'accessory' to register, also in Dutch. Pay by bank card per 24 hours, declare and pay for water separately.

From Champvert we made a beautiful bike ride through the Loire Valley via Devay and Charrin to St. Hilaire Fontaine (20 km). The cycle route is well marked, you can also continue further.
