In itself a large campsite, but our place at the back (we were allowed to choose) was wonderfully quiet with a view over the countryside. More than enough and just clean bathrooms, a common room, a shop with all kinds of local products, friendly managers. An extension of the holiday en route to the Netherlands!

We opted for an overnight stay here instead of a night in the parking lot at the ferry. We unintentionally extended our vacation. A nice, spacious pitch. Very friendly managers. A nice orchard for walking the dogs. No shower, but nice toilets. A must if you are in transit.

This campsite is overpriced for £ 23 including electricity. Yes, 'the cliffs' are beautiful and the number of birds overwhelming. However, the pitches are often sloping and fairly close together. The plumbing looks nice, but minimal for the number of places. For a 6-minute shower, half of which you have to keep adjusting, you pay 1 pound. Unfortunately.

Great place if you are in transit. No toilet, no shower and furthermore basic facilities; what to expect for £ 12 including electricity.

Well-kept campsite with friendly managers. Just plumbing, although somewhat in proportion to the number of places. The 4G barely works, but for a pound you have reasonable Wi-Fi a day. Nice base for The Kelpies and the other sights in Falkirk.

We liked it here so much that we stayed here for 4 days. A wonderfully spacious pitch with a view of the mountains (pitch 2 is recommended), neat facilities (showers are rather hot and you cannot adjust them yourself) and very friendly managers. Nice base for walks in the rugged mountains, a visit to Oban and / or Fort Williams.

It is that the bathroom is very basic, otherwise it would have become a 10. On a mountain with beautiful views of the sea and various islands. Opposite a national parc and Culzean Castle (after 5 pm you can walk through the park for free). Everything you need, including the friendly manager, is really "on the farm", but what a great place.

Great for a night in transit, but not for longer. The campsite is rather desolate and you have to cross a busy street for Loch Lomond. The plumbing is ok and the citizens that you can buy at the kiosk next to the gas pump are good.

In itself there is nothing wrong with the place: friendly managers, fairly spacious pitch, neat facilities and within walking distance of the falls. For us, however, the place felt a bit 'crowded', because the pitches are close to each other and also next to a camping field. The meals that are offered are definitely worth it.

Nice place, where we spent a night on both the way there and back to Scotland. Nice, hard pitches followed by a piece of grass. The facilities are neat and more than adequate. Tip: ask for a place by the lake; costs a little more, but a beautiful view and also great to walk along. The managers are friendly, a must in our opinion.
