There are only four excellent places to stay overnight and visit the charming city and cathedral. There's a pub around the corner. Be sure to bring cash for the parking meter.

A very friendly welcome at a beautiful campsite, but not cheap. We paid £65.00 for a self-catering pitch in September, during the off-season, for two nights (2 people, dog, and electricity). A pub serving good food is a 5-minute walk away.

A great, quiet campsite with, unfortunately, dirty toilets and no chemical toilet facilities. Paid £2.50 for 24 hours. Excellent bus service to Bath, return for £5.50 for two people and a dog, and you can stay for one night free if you display your bus ticket in the window. There's a great pub for a meal a 10-minute walk away. Highly recommended for visiting the charming city of Bath.

Lovely campsite. Very clean English-style sanitary facilities. Highly recommended! We paid £23 per night (2 people with a dog) in September using our ACSI card.

Very slanted pitches. A good restaurant, Le Dyck, is within walking distance, offering good, tasty, and affordable food. Friendly staff who understand our limited French skills.

Great place to visit the city of Lourdes. Too bad there is no electricity.

Very narrow access road and a challenge with oncoming traffic. You are required to stay 2 nights.

Terrible! What a noise pollution and very tight places. The only advantage; the center of Ghent is easily accessible.

Not expensive and by bike the center of Ghent is easy to do. But what a noise pollution from the main road. We slept badly because of it. If you are not bothered by noise it is doable. Very tight places. You can't even put a chair outside. We do not recommend it and will not come back here.

Nothing to add to previous reference. Beautiful spot and we enjoyed the beautiful ANWB cycling blossom route

Nice place for a few nights. Beautiful surroundings. Enjoy cycling and sit on a terrace and eat at Sas5 and Sas6. Visit the climbing tower at Sas4 and then continue to Sas3 for delicious food and drinks again

Friendly welcome at this very beautifully landscaped, well-maintained campsite with very spacious pitches. Showers are fine!

Excellent overnight stay and close to the old center. Approx. 15 min. walk. Supermarket around the corner. Check in before 11am, otherwise there will be no more room.

Parking meter for campers did not work. It is still a dreary parking lot with some lighting. Quiet at night from 7 a.m. it became a kind of carpool place.

A site laid out with coarse gravel along a very busy road. We paid € 15.00 including electricity. Sanitary facilities (toilet and shower) are clean. Lots of traffic disruption on working days.

Warm welcome. Excellent CP location with good facilities. Shops and good restaurant Locals within walking distance. Please reserve a place for the CP in advance by email. This is even possible (if there is room) when you are standing in front of the entrance gate.

Nice friendly reception. We paid € 24.50 for our motorhome for 1 night with 2 people. and 2 dogs incl. electricity. Nice spacious free pitches but beware of very sloping pitches. Not really suitable for campers in very wet weather due to spinning wheels in the grass.

Really great stay here. Restaurant unfortunately closed on Mondays and Tuesdays but plenty of restaurants in the village. Large swimming pool within walking distance.

Beautiful small campsite with good sanitary facilities. Super friendly welcome and beautiful spacious paved camper pitches. Close to Hadrion's wall where you can take a beautiful walk. A few km away you can enjoy a delicious meal at Twice Brewed Inn. We think this is highly recommended!!

Great place to spend the night without facilities. Co-op shop at 50 mtr. and open daily. Hotel Killin also within walking distance and pet friendly. Cozy and affordable food.

Beautiful, spacious and quiet and clean CP. You sponsor a good cause with your € 5.00 per night. We would like to come back here again.

Friendly staff. Beautiful environment Camper area separate, near the restaurant. Newly landscaped pitches: camper on a paved part, the other part (still) sand. All facilities available, including emptying chemical toilet. New and clean sanitary facilities. If I have to make a point of criticism: in the sanitary building there is also an opportunity to empty the chemical toilet; in our opinion unnecessary, or could have been done outside. A 9!

Great place just a bit small. Not bothered by loiterers as mentioned earlier. Village 1500 meters away so great for walking. restaurant at 50 mtr. pricey but very good food.

Great place between the hedges for 1 camper. Seats intended for 2, but that is very tight . We also missed a waste bin. Chemical toilet drain is a mess (a hose on the tap would be a welcome improvement). € 20,- is quite the price for what you get, but nice close to the center.

Just bad. No possibility to park a camper, provided you stay overnight. Unfortunately, Hoorn is not hospitable to motor home owners.
