Beautiful campsite; very nicely laid out and well maintained. Excellent sanitary facilities, restaurant and shop. Fantastically beautiful area for walking. Warm and professional welcome.

Campsite is quite in disrepair. High grass and very muddy when it rains. Plumbing is not really old but poorly maintained just like the rest. Shower for 1 Euro for 20 minutes, but with hardly any warm water. Owner is exceptionally friendly. Just doable for one night.

Good campsite within walking / cycling distance of the nice city. Fills up quickly in the evening. Places not all flat. Sanitary reasonable and hot showers (not for washing up). Cleaning could be much better.

Good base in the middle of nature, to the beautiful Matera and a walk to the viewpoint. The footpath to Matera over a small suspension bridge is closed. Manager was far from friendly. Sanitary very basic: one shower with lukewarm water, two toilets without a toilet seat, one of which is in the shower. But Matera makes up for everything. Have dinner at Oi Marì on Via Fiorentini in the evening and don't miss the sights of Casa Noha!

Very warm and hospitable reception by Guliana and Pasquale. Good base for Pompeii, Naples and the Amalfian coast by rental car (very busy), the beautiful basilica in the new Pompeii (do it!) and a trip to the crater of Vesuvius. Campsite is small but nice!! Sanitary facilities are basic but clean. Pasquale can provide transfer service to Pompeii or station. We felt very welcome!!!

We stood in front of a closed gate! Upon inquiry it appears that the campsite oas will open in June, different from the information on this site and others. Continued to Parco Camper la Torre: very nice campsite!

Nice place with super friendly welcome as described by others. Sanitary facilities are new and clean, although it is possible if there are several campers that are somewhat limited (2 showers and toilets). Definitely recommended.
