Ideally located campsite with very friendly and helpful staff. The sanitary facilities are excellent; you'll find few better anywhere. The pitches are small, which wasn't a problem for us. You have a view of the lake if you're at the front. The "beach" campsite is nothing special; 8 sunbeds on grass between tents/campervans. A beautiful public/free beach 200m away is great for kids. The village has a charming atmosphere, many busy restaurants (reservations recommended!), but few shops. It's a lovely spot, not too crowded. €43 pn (2 people + campervan)

Fell in love with this place and Lucca. The location is beautiful; stunning views, a warm welcome with wine, a lovely pool and garden, and good sanitary facilities. We borrowed bikes from the campsite and cycled to Lucca (4km); explored the beautiful city center via the city walls. Tip: a unique wine tasting nearby (3km) and the Lucca Summer Festival (with major artists in July). €40 per night (2 people + campervan). We will definitely be back, preferably tomorrow.

Great campsite. The owner is helpful and clear. The restrooms and pool are very clean. Plenty of space. It's located high up and right next to/above the highway; we needed earplugs to sleep. Beautiful views, though. The way to the beach is downhill, the return trip is quite a climb. We didn't like the beach. The same goes for the village, which lacks atmosphere. The way to the campsite is easy; you have to look carefully and steer—it's all part of driving a campervan, right?

Perfect location: in the town, 10 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the beach. Levanto is fantastic, but the beach has limited space without sunbeds and is therefore very crowded (too crowded). Sanitary facilities are very basic; I've seen fewer, but also better, and the pitches are excellent. Price: €48 per night (campervan incl. 2 people plus electricity). We liked Cinque Terre, but it's been overhyped and overhyped. Levanto itself has much more to offer.

Truly fantastic! The location on the lake and near the town center is superb, the restrooms are nice and clean, the staff are friendly, there's plenty of shade and space, the amenities are good, and the town of Iseo is a lovely place. We'll be back!
