What a lovely, small-scale campsite! It couldn't be better, in our opinion. A warm welcome, spacious pitches, excellent facilities, lovely, clean sanitary facilities, and beautiful surroundings!

A camper site with potential, but we missed the ambiance. There are no sanitary facilities, and we found it impossible to empty the toilet on site. Nature still needs to develop, and there's nothing extra that makes the stay worthwhile at this price, in our opinion.

This campsite could get four stars if the sanitary facilities were in order. Otherwise, great places, restaurant and swimming pool beautiful. However, very outdated and not clean sanitary facilities. What a shame! Because a really beautiful place located on the water. ACSI discount valid, pre-season €17.

It is a nice campsite, near the water. Combination of mobile homes and camping spots. With a camper of 7 meters with bicycles on the back and xl spot very spacious spot. Bread to order. It is quiet in beautiful surroundings, really a disadvantage is the noise of the road.

In itself a great place, quiet and near Erica. However, booking a place does not give any certainty, there is no link between the booking system and the current occupancy and the manager is unreachable. Result: a queue of people who have booked and no place available. The shower at the ladies has not been working for days, not indicated at all and the cleaning lady knew nothing. For us this camper place is a one-off.

Beautifully newly constructed, a very nice camper place. Slept in peace, water, drainage and electricity all well arranged. Good stopover for the winterers. Can get bread around the corner and shops (including Lidl). Close to the highway. Really recommended.

Called to inquire about a spot. They don't speak English, curt response in French to send a message with the details. Message sent in French received no response at all, not even when I asked for it. You can't count on this.

What a beautiful spot. A beautiful yet small campsite with all the facilities you could want. You can walk and cycle here, a town nearby, a restaurant on the campsite. The places are spacious and even water and drainage are available on every spot!

we arrived and only spanish people. Places that were 'left over' not suitable for camper. only children cycling and scootering. Despite having paid we left anyway. No camping for us on our way.

Beautiful spot on this beautiful location, almost in the center of Hoorn. All amenities present and 'secured' by a gate that closes in the evening. On the parking lot of the marina, well organized.

we were here at the beginning of July. A very quiet campsite, with spacious pitches and about half of the pitches are paved. A toilet building partly renovated. Beautiful surroundings, located near the campsite and cycle paths. We feel that there is some atmosphere missing. Pizza at the campsite will not be repeated for us. Our advice with a camper is to use the paved areas, the non-paved areas are very muddy! We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful campsite, warm welcome and nice and close to the lake. Sanitary facilities renovated and clean. Please note, many places are not level! Lots of dogs and houses which can make it restless

A very large campsite, we were on a nice quiet street, large sites! jYou don't notice much of the crowds until the entertainment starts, loud music, screaming DJs during the day and until late midnight! Also in the preseason! Sanitary facilities are not very clean. The facilities, reception, shop, stand and swimming pool are good.

All previous descriptions can be substantiated, clean sanitary facilities, nice hot showers and a warm welcome! However, for us personally this is not a place for a long stay due to the busy roads that run along it. Campers from about 8 meters seem difficult to us.

Excellent campsite, simple, somewhat dated sanitary facilities. Delicious food! Rurally located and quiet. No paved areas, we were allowed to stay on a paved road for 2 nights. Great place for a stopover on the way south or north. They haven't had ACSI since 2024.

Booked CP for the Easter weekend. on arrival only part of the camper pitches turned out to be paved. if not the one that was reserved for us and judging by the deep skid marks in the grass and with rain predicted on Easter Monday, this was a no go. Too bad the area looked nice.

Very nice spacious place. Nicely helped, dated sanitary facilities but clean and good! Very good reservation system if you are standing and extended you do not have to move. They don't reserve on spot! Came for one night and ended up staying for a week.

Great campsite, but had to pay the main price, unfortunately no asci rate because we could stand on a new field that was not yet finished € 29.95. We were happy to get a spot, but small spot. Quite a lot of noise in the very early morning from the cleaning service that is next to it. Furthermore, clean sanitary facilities and the town is of course very beautiful.

Great location to visit Valencia. Metro 5 min walk 8 km cycling distance. Supermarkets close by. Water and drainage on the spot, sanitary clean. guarded. Definitely felt safe. And super nice to book in advance! Really necessary! Have stayed here for 3 nights.

Great campsite for one night, nice place next to it (nice walking path along the boulevard and the beach) but deserted. Had to look for a long time to find it. We eventually passed under the road (at the Lidl), over the railway to the left at the end via an unpaved path at the camper place at the beach. Fine for a night in transit, but really dated. campsite itself can only be reached via residential wine with a camper ban!

Great campsite, sanitary clean and good! We stayed here for one night while traveling through. Unfortunately, there was a bit of discussion about the acsi map 2023, which we could only show digitally. In the end we paid the acsi rate. Unfortunately no bread service but plenty of supermarkets nearby fortunately.

Beautiful and quiet campsite with spacious pitches, excellent facilities and a good vibe. Contrary to what is stated, the campsite does not apply ACSI rates (because according to them it is not low season, we are here on January 9, 2023). This means for 2 people with camper € 22.50 excluding € 5.50 electricity and excluding 10% IVA (VAT) and that for a 2 star campsite ;-( This works in graduated scales; if you stay longer, the price will be slightly lower .

What a warm welcome by owners Joost and Daphne. They are more than fine with each other on this young motorhome and visibly put a lot of time and love into it together (from cleaning the sanitary facilities to a nice chat with the guests). Excellent and clean facilities in a beautiful place. As a bonus we got a nice look into the "kitchen" of the farm by Joost and Daphne!

Nice, clean, tidy, spacious, green location! Walking distance to town/supermarket. All facilities available, just throwing away your garbage is not possible! Even a washer/dryer. Payment via envelope and drinks/chips/washing machine and golf games on the confidence that you pay well. that this is still possible in this time! Top.

A lovely little site with a very friendly welcome. Spacious freely selectable places. Plumbing is primitive. Other facilities to take care of are present and good!
