Narrow pitches. Close to both the dunes/beach and the unique, authentic center. The ticket machine at the entrance is not working, the barrier is open, so the stay is currently free (normally €5). Clean water is not available for this reason either. Today (Easter weekend) it is completely full at 7 PM.

Excellent campsite as a base for visiting Porto (cycle path from the campsite to Porto city centre). A number of permanent seasonal pitches for caravans. Friendly welcome at reception. Security at the gate at night. We found the wooden sanitary building more pleasant than the large one. Wi-Fi reception only at reception. No ACSI discount. Beach within walking distance.

Excellent camper pitch at the starting point of the N2. Within walking distance of the center. Friendly welcome and explanation by the owner. Sanitary facilities are dated but clean. Electricity is available for an extra €2. The historic center of Chaves is well worth a visit. Last night (late March) the camper pitch was already completely full! Booking in the high season is therefore definitely advisable.

Great camper spot for visiting the beautiful center of Palencia (10-minute walk). Spacious, clearly marked camper pitches. Facilities for emptying grey water and toilets and filling up with fresh water. Free. Nice dining tip: Don Jamon. Great food in a good atmosphere!

Is NOT closed! Great camper spot for visiting San Juan de Gaztelugatxe (4 km by bike). The paved surface slopes, so it is a bit of a challenge to stay level. Make sure to download the PVerde app in advance; this prevents delays at the barrier. Good facilities for emptying grey water and chemical toilets, as well as clean water available. There are plenty of waste containers a little further away. The cost is €6 from 18:00 (24 hours).

Large campsite with 3 categories of pitches, tent rental, and chalet rental. Good restaurant with various local dishes and good wines. Showers take a long time to heat up. Take line 16 (around the corner) to the center of San Sebastián. I would advise against going by bike. Our camper (7 meters) did not fit on the standard pitch; for an extra charge, we could choose a larger spot. Prices on the website are more expensive than via Campercontact.

Great campervan site for visiting Bergerac. The historic centre is worth a visit. Only a 10-minute bike ride from the campervan site to the old town. Spacious layout, quiet, and well-maintained place to empty grey water and chemical toilets. The tap for clean water is difficult to reach with a watering can due to the large bracket in front of it.

Highly recommended! Located by a canal and within walking distance of the old town, which is well worth a visit. Remarkably quiet at night. The only 'downside' is the lack of lighting. Bring a flashlight if you visit the old town in the evening.

We stayed here for three nights in November. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. No chemical toilet fluids were used due to the septic tank. Beautiful cycling routes in the area. Highly recommended. Reservations are required during peak season.

Due to engine problems with our campervan, we stayed longer than planned. A blessing in disguise! What a wonderful place! Greek hospitality at its finest! Delicious food from the varied menu: traditional, fish, and meat. Toilets were clean and tidy. The shower was indeed lukewarm, but that's actually wonderful in 30-degree weather. Highly recommended on the way to or from the Peloponnese.

Beautifully situated campsite with a stunning view of the bay. Sanitary facilities are extremely dated, but clean. Little maintenance has been done on the buildings and grounds. The owners are somewhat pushy and slick, especially regarding rates. No ACSI discount or Endless on Wheels. It's all very unclear and certainly not transparent; the owner became a bit irritated when I inquired about this. Electricity prices (€8/day) are a bit above market price.

Beautifully situated campsite with 5 lovely pitches overlooking the picturesque hilly surroundings. Ten lodge tents are spread throughout the grounds. A lovely swimming pool is centrally located on the property. Sanitary facilities are well-maintained. There are no chemical toilets; these can be emptied in the restrooms. There's a cozy bar with various seating options. An ideal campsite for those traveling to the ferry in Ancona.

Simone is the most enthusiastic camper site owner we've ever met. Clear communication via email and WhatsApp. A very warm welcome. Just a few pitches behind the shed on the farm. Price: €20 (water/shower €10 and electricity €5). They sell their own organic products (Lambrusco wine, beer, honey, balsamic vinegar, pasta). Only 10 km from the highway.

Since the Camping Municipal was (permanently?) closed, we drove on to Camping La Rivière. Beautifully situated campsite 2.5 km from Zonza. Spacious pitches spread out in the forest. There was still plenty of construction activity and for that reason we got a discount. Toilet building with sufficient toilets and showers, kept neat and clean. A walk along the beautiful river, on which the campsite is situated, is a must.

Campsite is still closed on May 14th. Doesn't look like it will open at all this season.

Dismal appearance. No one present at the reception, so we drove around ourselves. The total impression was such that we turned around and drove to another campsite (Les Îlots D’Or). Here we were kindly received and we were allowed to choose a spot ourselves (on the beach).

Separate waste collection offered in a friendly manner.

Excellent overnight camping near the St. Gotthard tunnel (5 minutes from the motorway). Friendly reception. Next to the camping is a swimming pool, Italian restaurant and gondola to the top of the mountain. Excellent WiFi reception (free). Open all year round. Recommended!

Great transit camping. I can agree with most of the reviews. One comment has to come from the hard concerning the behavior of a ‘fellow camper’. He thought he had to take our door brush with him. Apparently this person did not have enough money to buy one himself… What terrible antisocial behavior! Do you have to lock everything up in the evening?

Unfriendly reception at reception by young man. Just pick a spot… The most beautiful spots are occupied for a long time, for passers-by a messy whole at the bottom of the campsite. The upper sanitary buildings are fine and are cleaned neatly, the lower sanitary building is unhygienic (wooden moldy boards as shower cabin). Furthermore, there are homeless people living in self-built tent canvas/hammocks, which does not really promote the holiday feeling.

Follow the signs to the campsite and switch off your navigation otherwise you will get into serious trouble in the narrow streets. The campsite is located behind the dunes, no access from the campsite, but 100 meters further on. The team consists only of ladies , but absolutely no hospitality at all! Showers didn't work during our stay, went from tepid water to scalding hot so you almost burned yourself. Manager Response: Installer is on vacation.

Perfect camper pitches on a very well-maintained campsite. Warm welcome at reception. Camper pitches are spacious, privacy by means of hedges, electricity / water / drainage in all places. This was the campsite during our 4-week tour that stood out in terms of quality! All this for only €12 (incl. ACSI discount). Only downside is the bad WIFI connection.

Beautifully situated campsite with some higher pitches with a sea view, at a small extra cost, but very much worth it! The center of St. Jean de Luz is within cycling distance and has a lot to offer. Sanitary facilities are simple. We will definitely come back.

Neat city campsite, within cycling distance of the old center of Burgos. Beautiful cycle route via marked cycle paths through the city park. No WIFI reception on the pitches. Sanitary facilities dated but clean.

You pay the main price here in the late season (€36.50/night), while the swimming pool is already closed. This is done on the basis of the calendar and not based on the thermometer. In addition, the restaurant closes at 6 pm on Sundays and is closed on Mondays. No WIFI connection on the pitches, only at reception! Sanitary buildings need urgent maintenance, shower doors are difficult to close. Price may be asked as this is the only campsite.

Excellent campsite as a base for visiting Estepona and Marbella. Perfect bike path along the beach, but getting there is tricky the first time. Ask at the reception or other motor home owners. Friendly welcome at the reception, were allowed to pick a place yourself. Plenty of choice in sun or shade. Only €20 per night with ACSI card. Excellent (free) WIFI connection throughout the site. Small camp shop and indoor swimming pool.

Quiet location with only a few places. Pleasant reception and explanation by Rogier. Phenomenal view of the town of Bocairent, which is within walking distance. Well worth a visit. Facilities are fine (shower, dishes, swimming pool), but no possibility to discharge. At the end of September we paid €39.50/night for 2 people, camper and electricity. By far, the most expensive overnight stay during our trip, but the view was priceless.

Neat motorhome at a wine tasting (Vinothek). Near the cycle paths that lead along the Mosel. No sanitary facilities, only electricity (for a fee). Everything correctly arranged and delicious wines!

Beautiful camper place near the Tegernsee. Beautiful view of the slope with cows (incl. cow bells), what more could you want. Sanitary is perfect (real towels in the toilet) and only accessible with an electronic card. Chemical toilet and waste water drainage very neatly arranged (never seen anywhere in this form). Nice place as a stopover but definitely worth it for a longer stay!

Large campsite with beautiful places by the sea, but also spread over the rest of the site. There are many new holiday homes on the property. Large luxury swimming pool (2 floors) with beautiful sea views. Sanitary is clean. Boulevard runs below the campsite and offers a safe opportunity to explore the area by bicycle. Trash cans along the promenade can cause odor nuisance, especially in hot weather.

We were there the first week of June with only 10 campers and a lost tent. Beautiful place where all the ingredients for a top holiday are present! Worth repeating.

Near the historic center of Dubrovnik. Although within cycling distance, this is not recommended by the reception staff, who helped us very kindly. The advice was to take the bus that stops near the campsite. Most expensive campsite during our 4 week trip, but this is due to its location. Swimming pool use at hotel of the same group within walking distance. Emptying the chemical toilet is outside the gate, it cannot be done on foot with a full tank.

Medium sized campsite divided into 3 zones. Due to a misunderstanding, our reservation for Zone A (ocean side) had not gone through, so we ended up on Zone C (middle part). This is a very busy and messy area. Fortunately, the next day we were allocated a beautiful spot in Zone A. Quiet spot on the beach with a beautiful view and nice shade from the pine trees. Sanitary dated but clean. Trogir within cycling distance.

This campsite is the perfect place for campers who need a small-scale campsite (12 pitches, half of which are covered with shadows) with the right attention from the owner. Many other campsites could take an example from this. Every detail has been thought of. Within cycling distance of Sibenik, perfect restaurant by the sea within walking distance. Recommended!

Excellent campsite to visit the Plitvice lakes. Reception was friendly. We were allowed to choose a nice place with our discount card. Were at the top with a nice wide view. All facilities are neat, the new swimming pool is almost ready. Only one big minus; the distance to the chemical toilet. You are almost forced to do this with the camper, it is on the edge of the campsite. Furthermore, top camping!

To be described in one word: TOP CAMPING! In the preseason with ACSI card rate of €25 in the blue zone. A very attractive price for such a campsite!

Booked in advance as there are only 4 camper spots. No facilities, so is the price. Friendly welcome by an enthusiastic young man. Unfortunately, the municipality of Passau has banned the use of the 4 places shown in the photos, so the places are now spread over the site. Located within cycling distance of the historic center of Passau and that is the only strong point of this CP.

Beautiful camper pitches on the edge of the dunes. We have deliberately opted for a larger camper place (at an additional cost) next to the dune entrance, a paved spacious place with sufficient shelter from the dunes and beautiful views. Due to Corona measures not being able to use the sanitary part. Indeed more expensive than the farm campsites, but then you do not have such a unique location.

Neat motorhome with friendly welcome. Very nice and practical paved places diagonally next to each other, with enough space to make it all look a bit more spacious. Simple but clean sanitary facilities. We were here New Year's Eve and the motorhome was fully booked but despite that very quiet. Recommended!

Very pleasant reception by owner with nice welcome gift. The camper spot with the best view was already discussed by email and that promise came true. Beautiful view over the farmlands to the sea wall. Only 2 real camper spots, in addition very spacious places for caravans (200 m2) that are all surrounded by high bushes. Lots of privacy as a result.

City camping within walking / cycling distance of the historic center of Tübingen. Note the opening times, are closed at lunchtime and you will not enter the site. Friendly reception. Bread service. Plumbing is neatly arranged. The Neckar is not visible through the weeds. Places are covered with paintless iron pipes. Uncomfortable appearance.

In all other reviews of this campsite you can see them already. If you are looking for a basic campsite then you should not opt for this campsite, if you are looking for all the luxury you want / can expect from a campsite, then this is highly recommended!

Very neat terraced campsite with modern and clean sanitary facilities (no hassle with coins). Nice view of the city of Salzburg which is within cycling distance. Also restaurant with good menu with something for everyone; from Wiener schnitzel to delicious veal cheeks in red wine sauce! Very affordable! Highly recommended this campsite, for both a visit to Salzburg or as a pull-through campsite.

Great campsite to visit Munich. Via beautiful cycle route along Isar in 20 minutes in the heart of Munich. Sanitary dated but clean. Not too large places but sufficient for short stays. There are also some caravans at the end of the campsite that give the impression of being permanently inhabited, which gives the campsite a messy impression.

Neat campsite with good (dated) sanitary facilities, but clean. Spacious places on different fields. Road is audible. Bread service available. The old center can be reached via a footpath (15 minutes).

Only 3 showers in the sanitary building, but clean! Campers are close together, but quiet. Have a chat with Brunhild the manager, a very interesting woman. Gives good tips about the region. Also a perfect nature photographer! The rate is appropriate to the provisions.

Beautiful quiet campsite with very spacious pitches, with beautiful green areas between the pitches so that you really have privacy. Well cared for plumbing which was very clean. Within cycling distance of the Lauwersmeer National Park and the ferry to Schiermonnikoog. A must for those who want to explore North Groningen!
