A fantastic campsite in the middle of a beautiful park and near a forest. There are lovely walking paths around the lake and in the woods. We would have loved to stay longer! Unfortunately, we have to move on. The campsite is very quiet and relaxing. It also has Wi-Fi if you need it.

We've been here many times and always enjoyed it. But today we arrived to find the campsite closed. The barriers were down because the gate mechanism wasn't working. The owners could have reported this! We weren't the only ones who had to find another spot after a long drive.

This was our third visit, and definitely not our last! At La Paillote, we were wonderfully pampered and well-fed. The campsite is spacious. The sanitary facilities are very clean, and the beach and the paths along the sea (GR 34?) are perfect for spending lots of time there. Thanks to everyone who does such a great job here! 👍 We were prepared for the karaoke this time, so it wasn't quite so bad. ...

The campsite itself is in a beautiful location. You can walk around a small lake and even use the fitness facilities in the park there. Nevertheless, we won't be coming back. The ventilation system in a building directly behind the campsite is so loud that even earplugs wouldn't help!

We really liked the place. It's very quiet, and the idyllic village is about a 5-minute walk away. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stay there again.

The place actually deserves five stars. It's a shame they don't tell you that there's a karaoke night at the Pailotte restaurant, which means you either join in or leave the otherwise lovely place and move on. We wanted to stay for two more days, but after that night, NO THANKS!!! It's a real shame, only a few people participate, while everyone else gets cheated out of a paid night (admittedly, there was a small poster in the restaurant).

If you like being packed like sardines in a can and being able to turn off your hearing aid at night, this is the place for you. On one side, a noisy, busy main road, on the other, a noisy railway line. Next door, there's a parking lot for cars. A visit to the much-praised old town isn't really worth it, and the harbor is run-down and dingy. This was definitely our first and last visit. Cordula and Rolf 🇨🇭

We were there on May 15, 17, and 18 and loved the site. The beach and the dunes/cliffs there are great for hiking. The only downside was that the waste disposal only partially worked, and special connectors were required.

We are very satisfied! The campsite has everything you need. Electricity and water are available at every spot. It's sheltered from the wind. The pitches are clearly demarcated, with plenty of space to sit outside. What's more, on May 9, 10, and 11, 2025, it was exceptionally quiet. A small restaurant about 500 meters from the site is highly recommended. The Atlantic Ocean is 150 meters away. It was great here. We'll be back.
