The place actually deserves five stars. It's a shame they don't tell you that there's a karaoke night at the Pailotte restaurant, which means you either join in or leave the otherwise lovely place and move on. We wanted to stay for two more days, but after that night, NO THANKS!!! It's a real shame, only a few people participate, while everyone else gets cheated out of a paid night (admittedly, there was a small poster in the restaurant).

If you like being packed like sardines in a can and being able to turn off your hearing aid at night, this is the place for you. On one side, a noisy, busy main road, on the other, a noisy railway line. Next door, there's a parking lot for cars. A visit to the much-praised old town isn't really worth it, and the harbor is run-down and dingy. This was definitely our first and last visit. Cordula and Rolf 🇨🇭

We were there on May 15, 17, and 18 and loved the site. The beach and the dunes/cliffs there are great for hiking. The only downside was that the waste disposal only partially worked, and special connectors were required.

We are very satisfied! The campsite has everything you need. Electricity and water are available at every spot. It's sheltered from the wind. The pitches are clearly demarcated, with plenty of space to sit outside. What's more, on May 9, 10, and 11, 2025, it was exceptionally quiet. A small restaurant about 500 meters from the site is highly recommended. The Atlantic Ocean is 150 meters away. It was great here. We'll be back.

We have been here for the third time. So far we have always been very satisfied. The place is quiet, very close to the Rewe and also the small but charming village. The small Thai restaurant is highly recommended! It's a shame that the parking space now costs €10 more. But it's still worth it. The harbor master is very friendly and the shower and toilets are clean.

This place is dirty, unkempt and completely overcrowded. You stand next to each other along a busy street. Sleeping is out of the question. The place is overpriced, toilet, shower and electricity cost extra. This was our first and last visit. We can only advise against it. 🇨🇭

A great parking spot! You are parked in clearly demarcated spaces. The town is easily accessible on foot in 5 minutes. Burgsee is great for strolling and relaxing. Two shopping centers in the immediate vicinity. We were here for the 4th time and definitely not the last. 🇨🇭

The place is not nice really, at that loud! Also too expensive. The only advantage of the nearby ferry to Amsterdam (free). Watch out, if there were strong rains for the way to ferry rubber boots beneficial.

This parking space is beautifully situated and has 8 spacious pitches for camping cars with max. 8 meters in length. The fees of € 7:50 for 10 (!) Hours can only be paid by credit card. The charges include electricity for 10 hours and 150 liters of water that must be but immediately obtained. The parking meter drives a despair and the display is unreadable because of the sunlight.

Very tight places, not suitable for long motorhomes. Overnight noisy because trams and planes made a lot of noise. The place is not cheap. The trip by ferry, tram and metro to the city center (Alexanderplatz) takes one hour. Berlin is currently one big construction site by the construction of a new metro line.

The course is about 2.5 km outside Maastricht. 100 meters away there is a bus into town. The leaves every hour. On foot you can reach the center in 40 minutes. The place itself is nothing great things day and night very loud. At least when we were there, (16./17.6.16)
