what a fantastic place to relax and chill. quiet, peaceful and calm. good facilities, nice views, and the gentle mooing of cows. I enjoyed fresh eggs for breakfast.

What a beautiful and peaceful place - I felt very much at home here, and could easily have stayed longer. Excellent value for money - it is basic, but cheaper than a lunch out! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean toilet facilities. Get there early if you want EHU, but otherwise swap pitches when EHU becomes available. Easy cycling into Harderwijk. I would recommend visiting the Paling Museum (eel museum ) Tot de volgende keer!

What a find! Imagine a site under the Schipol fly path, beside a main road - but it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet! Very easy access to Haarlem and Amsterdam. Large spaces with showers, toilets and water. As a woman alone, I need to know I am safe - and I definitely felt safe here. Friendly and helpful staff - with useful tips for travelling etc. I stayed 6 nights but could easily have stayed longer. Tot de volgende keer!

stayed last year - site was pleasant, but access was a nightmare. camping car are a very inefficient organisation. 1 I tried to book on line but couldn’t 2 I emailed and eventually was told how to access the site 3 the access codes didn’t work. it took 3 phone calls to camping car to resolve this 4 during my stay, I chose to leave the site for a day, and again had to phone to get back in. cost of international phone calls!!! Never again.

some of the previous reviews left me wondering whether this would be a good site but I was very pleasantly surprised. Yes, it is a little outdated, but … it is very good value for money! clean showers, shady private pitches, and very quiet and peaceful. 5 stars for value for money in an area that could be so much more expensive! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are making a go of it and I’m happy to endorse and support them.

very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful site - with flat areas, clean sanitaires and lots of little extra touches to make the place pretty and gezellig. Very useful booklet with local information. I can see why this site was nominated for campsite of the year - but cannot see why it didn’t win first place! I would highly recommend this site! Well done!

I absolutely loved my stay here. There was a warm welcome on arrival, a fabulous farm shop, clean toilets and showers, and beautifully tranquil surroundings. I arrived in a heavy rain storm - the ground was soft, but neighbours on both sides immediately jumped up to help. My pitch backed onto the road - 1 car every half hour, a couple of tractors a day, and loads of cyclists. just marvellously peaceful. I could have happily stayed for weeks

At 17.20, reception was closed. so no sef card. There is a large field with a toilet block in the middle. But the campers are in a separate area on hard ground with no privacy. water is available, but toilets and chem toilets are a distance away in the main field. Campervans are beside the play area & a loud circus wifi patchy in camper area. Stayed for 1 night but charged for 2. what for? I could not use the facilities. Disappointed!
