Friendly welcome with plenty of explanation and information about the surrounding area. The sanitary facilities are fairly new and clean most of the time. It would have been a bit more convenient if a hook had been installed in the toilets to hang a bag or coat. We did not use the showers because we have them in the camper. Toilet paper can be found in the area near the sinks, which takes some getting used to.

Great place for an overnight stay. Very friendly welcome and good sandwich service. Reasonable rate. Otherwise, it is a very simple small campsite, but the sanitary facilities are clean. When we stayed there on Saturday, there was some construction work going on with quite a bit of noise, but it was quiet in the evening. There are a few restaurants nearby in the village.

Beautiful and well-maintained camper site. Spacious pitches and everything has been thought of. A small ‘shop’ where you can buy delicious ice cream, local jam, cheese, etc. There is even a card reader where you can make your own payments. All kinds of information is available. The campsite also indicates where to cycle to reach various cycling junctions. Very good. We hadn't seen that anywhere else. Highly recommended! Compliments to the owner(s).

Spacious campsite but messy due to a lack of layout. Right by the river, the pool looked good. Sanitary facilities dated but functional, just not very clean. The small bar where you can get light meals is cozy, and fortunately, it was quiet at night. We only stayed one night. No shop. We do not like the coin-operated machine for the showers.

Simple, dated campsite with sufficient facilities and clean. Choosing your own pitch is pleasant but does make it messy. Cycling to Passau is 10km via an uninviting route. Small shop with a bread roll service. The café and dining area are very basic, and during our visit, we had to wait more than an hour for our meal. Friendly welcome. Prices are high, but that is usually the case near the city.

Beautiful location on the Danube Schlinge. Sanitary facilities clean and good. Nice and clean swimming pool with sun loungers. Washing machine and dryer available. The campsite restaurant is okay, but the restaurant in the hotel next to the campsite with a large terrace by the river is better. Definitely worth visiting the viewpoint overlooking the Schlinge. Good cycle paths around the Danube with nice bicycle ferries to cross. Small supermarket. Other shops at least 8 km away.

Great campsite in a beautiful location. Everything was well organized, but there were still 3 downsides: Shower cubicles without a separate area to hang your clothes – who came up with this? Furthermore, the greywater disposal point was almost inaccessible for a somewhat larger camper. Wi-Fi signal is zero.

Simply equipped campsite, but with a nice atmosphere and a friendly welcome. We did not find the layout of the field messy. Small pitches. There is no protection from the fast-flowing river water, so we consider it dangerous for small children. The Wi-Fi is poor; there is no signal at the pitches by the river. The sanitary facilities are outdated but clean.

Motorhome site with all amenities; although the pitches are small, you can still sit outside and prepare meals. Motorhome service area with 5 stations and easily accessible. 45 minutes by bike to the charming center of Graz (follow route 11; you will still need a map or navigation for the center. Tip: follow the water). Supermarket nearby (Billa).

Beautiful, well-located campsite within walking distance of the town of Melk and on the Danube Cycle Route. Spacious pitches, also for larger motorhomes up to approx. 10m. You can stay here for an unlimited number of days. The sanitary facilities and reception with a small shop have been completely renovated, and the facilities are kept very clean. The managers, employed by the municipality of Melk, are extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of eateries nearby. Be sure to reserve a motorhome pitch!
