Lovely campsite where you receive a friendly welcome. Peace and quiet. The village is within walking distance, as are the monastery and nice terraces. The brewery, with its accompanying shop, is also definitely worth a visit. Unfortunately, the campsite restaurant was already closed, but the owner provided flamkuchen for those who liked it. We had stayed here before in 2022 and are now back on our way home. We will definitely come back again. We stayed for 2 nights.

Great campsite, but can get very busy. Reservations are recommended. Friendly welcome and the bread service is also nice, via QR code and plenty of choice. As mentioned, the sanitary facilities are perfect, nice and warm and plenty of showers and toilets so no waiting. We drove the camper up to the Timmelsjoch. We also had a tasty pizza at an otherwise very cozy restaurant (Peppas Pub) a short walk from the campsite. Beautiful walks are possible.

What a lovely place. We asked for a spot in the woods and we got one. Peace, peace, peace. It is a campsite with mainly permanent pitches. Caravans with wooden annexes. Most are deserted now. The sanitary facilities are in order. Reception is only open for limited hours now, at the end of Sept, but there are fresh bread rolls every morning. Walking in the surrounding area is easy. There is also a small grocery store. Highly recommended.

Nice campsite, beautiful location by the lake, and the sanitary facilities are fine. We had good pizza in the restaurant and the staff is friendly. However, we wouldn't be quick to return here. It is incredibly busy, there is little to no privacy at the pitches, and it is chaotic around the reception. There are a huge number of day-trippers around the lake and the campsite entrance, which is understandable. However, for peace seekers like us, this is not the right place.

We have seen a lot in our camper life, but it must be said: the luxury here is delightful. Underfloor heating and the most luxurious sanitary facilities you could wish for. They are doing their best to make something of this new location. Didn't try the restaurant. Nor the bread delivery service, but it is probably fine. View of the glacier. Supermarket within walking distance. We paid 55 euros per night including electricity. So not cheap, but nowhere is here.

Well, we'll be getting out of here quickly tomorrow. It's a village of caravans with structures on top, all permanent spots and neglected. It actually has nothing to do with a campsite. Here and there are places where you can park your camper between all the cars and trailers. Not cheap either: 32 euros for 2 people including electricity. The sanitary facilities are very good though; you wouldn't expect that from the outside of the building. We are just passing through, so it will have to be for one night.

We are staying here for one night because of the boat. There is literally nothing here that could have any charm, but it isn't really atmospheric. There is a toilet, which is spotlessly clean, and you can dispose of your waste. However, you cannot empty your waste or use a chemical toilet. We booked in advance, but you can also do so on the spot. There are now plenty of spots with electricity. We were parked with two other campers.

Great place. We were given a spot near the football cage, but we didn't want that. Another spot turned out to be no problem after consulting with the owner. Beautiful spots in the woods with plenty of privacy. The beach is nearby and easily accessible via a nice walk. All facilities are in excellent order. Fish smokehouse nearby with a simple but good menu and live music. Nice!

Still a great campsite for us passing through. We were here 2 years ago as well. A large family campsite, but still quiet enough in the spring. Very friendly reception staff and a small shop for basic necessities. Also a shop for souvenirs etc. The kebab pizza from the bistro is highly recommended. We were assigned a pitch but were allowed to change it ourselves. You don't have to pay for showering, as mentioned earlier.

Well... Not for us. Lots of permanent pitches, all situated right by the water. So that's what you're looking at from the camper pitches. Also, a high 'party tent' vibe. Big double-axle trailers with huge annexes. The sanitary facilities are good in themselves, and you can choose your own pitch.
