Perfect for visiting the monasteries. Otherwise, there's little to like. The sanitary facilities are okay. It would be nice if the showers also had warm water. The grounds don't look well-maintained. Many pitches are slanted. The monasteries are best explored by e-bike. They're all very close. You can save yourself the money for a bus tour.

Gythio is easily accessible by bike. My tip: Leave the camper van behind, rent a small car from Rozakis, and explore the beautiful Mani Peninsula.

It's actually a beautiful site with mature trees. However, the last maintenance was probably decades ago. The restrooms are clean but completely run down. The large holes in the toilet doors have simply been plugged with toilet paper. What a shame!

The best shower I encountered on my six-week tour. The water really comes out of the shower. The site is very cramped and the pitches are small. The spots along the main road are very noisy, but okay at night. It's just a short walk to Bardolino. The town is already brutally crowded at the end of May.

Good city campsite with very small pitches. Our 6.8m camper just barely fit on the site. Sanitary facilities and other infrastructure are top-notch. Bus line 14 into town is right in front of the campsite. But the timetables are useless. One delay of 50 minutes, another of 35 minutes, and then you travel crammed like a sardine in a can, barely able to breathe. The highlight is that the inspectors regularly get on and squeeze through :-(

It is neither helpful nor fair to give a campsite a bad rating just because it is expensive. You can see the price beforehand in the app. That is why I think the one-star ratings are really wrong. There is objectively nothing wrong with this large campsite.

Very good campsite for visiting Dresden. Some of the pitches are a bit small and of course the place is now very full. Very friendly reception, Sani tip top. Shower with coins but long running time. The old town can be reached quickly by bus and tram. Tickets are available at the reception. Campers what more do you want?

The CP has a front part by the reception and a back part in the forest. We were in front and got a good place. Fresh bread rolls are available every morning. Top! The Sani is very modest in terms of facilities and cleanliness. A coin shower with 3 minutes running time per coin. The black water disposal between the garbage cans creepy….

For the location, 5 stars would actually be correct. Families with children will also like this place. With full occupancy now in July, the care of the sanitary is simply not enough. A pity. Therefore only 3 stars.

In July, Öland is full. There is a chance of finding a spot on this quiet CP, which is close to the beach. The ambulance doesn't look very well maintained. The gray water drain is a bad design. Instead of a depression, a small hill on which the camper also stands at an angle. This ensures that the gray water does not run off well.

The parking spaces in the city are often fully booked during the summer holidays. This place is a good alternative. By bus 816 and subway 17 you are in the center in about 1 hour.

Ideally located city campsite for visiting Uppsala. The city is quick to get to by bike. Generously dimensioned pitches. Sani much too small for the space and therefore often overloaded. The condition of the facilities also leaves a lot to be desired.

The place is beautiful, so right on the sea. The reservation must be made online via the website. What is nowhere is that the guests are also responsible for cleaning the sanitary facilities. In any case, it wasn't cleaned during our visit. The managers of the place limit themselves to hanging up notes, please leave everything clean. That's definitely not enough. Also scary when emptying the toilet with a hose.

If the owners of the CP were to use the sanitary facility that they rent out to guests just once, it would quickly become clear that with no storage space in the shower, a single, lonely hook is simply not enough. The view of the lake is awesome. The owner friendly and helpful. Best of all: The bread service in the morning directly to the mobile home. And the buns are good. The long queue in the morning at the ambulance says it all...

Beautifully situated camp site by a lake just outside of Jokkmokk. A children's paradise with a large playground and pool. Sani undersized for the size of the CP. There are queues in front of the showers and toilets. It is cleaned diligently, but due to the good occupancy it always looks dirty in the Sani.

It could be a 5 star place. The location on the lake is beautiful. The nearby road is not disturbing. V&E everything is there. The reception is nice and you get information about the area. The sani block is totally outdated. Open showers without storage space. You are magnetically attracted to the shower curtain. If existing soap dispensers are not refilled even after two days, this is a sign of insufficient care. A pity!

In rainy weather, as during our visit, the pitches are littered with puddles. The showers are already past their best, at least with a good water jet and without additional costs. The nearby pub provides some variety in the evening.

A very busy place. Ideally located if arriving late by ferry. Unfortunately, the pre-reservation does not work because nobody answers the phone all day. The sanitary facilities are rather undersized for the number of places. The small pub on the square is very nice, open from 7 p.m.

Really nice cookie! Here you can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the fjord and countless mountains. The dedicated new owners try very hard to take care of their guests. Well maintained facilities with almost everything. What is missing? Gray water disposal. But this can be done in nearby Myre for NOK 40. And yes, one sink is definitely not enough.

This place is definitely past its best. The Sani building is very old. The cleanliness was okay. The luminous intensity of the lighting ranks just behind the candle. Only a few places are gravel. The rest is grass and swampy when it rains. Too bad, with the beautiful and quiet location, you could make more of this CP.

Basically not a bad place. When we visited on June 7th/8th, the place was extremely full. Then the sanitary area is totally overloaded. A bit far from Bergen, but you can get to Bergen in about 40 minutes by bus 90 and tram 1. It's a shame that Bergen doesn't have a really good city campsite.

Unfortunately, our stay here was not a highlight. The place is a construction site. Building materials are lying around. The place was fully occupied with six caravans plus two mobile homes. Despite full occupancy was cleaned neither in the evening nor in the morning. The mess was accordingly :-(

Good and safe parking for one night. The campers are somewhat hidden on fairly level terrain. That's why it's easy to miss the entrance. With line 5 from the Bizet station you can be in the center within 15 minutes.

Good campsite for visiting Etna. Everything there and super clean. On request shuttle service to the Etna cable car at a fair price. Visiting Etna is really impressive. But the prices are quite high: cable car €30 plus 4x4 bus for the ascent to 2800m €38. Nevertheless highly recommended.

The best campsite on our Sicily tour so far! Everything is just right here. The beach is great too. A place to enjoy. The environment doesn't give much. Marina di Ragusa is easily accessible by bike.

Good campsite with free choice of pitches. Sani clean even with warm water for washing dishes. Ideal for visiting the Valley of the Temples. A visit to the Cathedral of Agrigento is also worthwhile. Bus tickets at €1.20 each way are available from reception.

Large, long campsite just outside of San Vito. Place also easily accessible on foot. Sani ok and clean with coin showers. Restricted access to camper service. Pleasantly quiet pitches at the very end of the campsite. For shopping, use the large Conad at the entrance to the town.

A good little campsite in the village of Sferracavallo. Access via parked neighborhood streets. But no problem with normal WoMo. Quiet location, sanitary small and clean. Grauwasser inaccessible because always parked. Public transport connection (train) to Palermo within easy walking distance. €1.20 per journey, modern trains.

Really a super campsite for a visit to Tropea. The approach from the north is ok, from the south there is a passage with a height restriction of 1.9m! The pitches are very small, like many pitches in Italy by the sea. The sanitary buildings are very old, but they clean them diligently and there are warm showers free of charge. The staff is friendly.

What's wrong with paying €13 for campers plus two people? The location is great, in front of the sea, the staff is friendly. It's a shame that the place looks unkempt, it has only a few toilets and these unspeakable showers with chips. Small pitches with zero privacy are standard in Italy. For more comfort and space I would gladly pay a few € more.

To socialize you have to go to Castiglione della Pescaia.
